"Lets put it this way, you get what you pay for. It was my fault for not investigating better since it eas a lst minute vaca. The place was right next to a carnival that runs daily til 1 am or so. My wifes first words to the driver were, 'is it safe here?' , then she looked at me and said 'am I going to hate you?'. It was noisy but thankfully we had two loud wall AC units to mask the noise from the rides etc less than 50 yards from our room. The pools we not heated!.. my girls lips turned blue and she started shaking within minutes. The shuttle service and local buses that take you straight to the Disney World gate/tram were very limited and inconvienient, or off schedule so I ended up renting a car the next morning. (didnt plan on that) That said the room seemed clean (as long as you dont look too close)no funky smells, and beds were comfy to my surprise. It is very old however and needs lots of updating. Also, if you want Iron or kitchen dishes you need to go to office to put down a deposit and lug the stuff back to your room! That tells ya something about the type of place and customers they tend to get. The staff and one female manage were very nice! We just laughed it off since only there for a quick 4 night spring break trip... and now we have a great story to tell about our first Lampoonish Disney Vaca!"

"We arrived late evening with 4 very tired kids (2 teens and 2 babies)The room they first placed us in was a nightmare. To look at the floor you could not tell it was dirty, so I let my 10 month old down to play. Big mistake, in just a few short mins his hands and legs were covered in dirt. The door did not have a working lock and the cooling system was not working. I went to the office first thing in the morning and demanded a new room, which they did give us. The new room was cleaner but the air condtioner went out and the bath tub licked non stop. When I reported these problems I was told someone would take a look at it, but that did not happen before our stay was over. The only thing this place has going of it is the staff. They were nice, but that does not make up for the very poor room conditions. I will never use this hotel again and have told all my friends and family about it. There is simply no excuse for being that dirty."

"The kitchen and bathrooms had sugar ants. They quickly camed and sprayed when we complained, but they returned within 12 hours (and we made sure not to have open containers of food around). The ac units didn't get too cold either. You get what you pay for, this place was not expensive, and showed. The restaurant they had connections with (Tex Mex), was horrible, and the bus to Disney had odd hours for take and pick up and they picked up way too many people to be considered safe (and from other hotels too)."

"we arrived about 3am. when we arrived and got our room......it was already rented! 5 of us unpacked our van of 9 suitcases and drug them up to the second floor and we kept trying the keys and rattling the door handle. we went to the main office where the guy recoded our keys. he gave us the number to the main office if we had any other problems. well, we did....the keys still didn't work. security was called over to open the door for us and the key situation 'would be fixed in the morning.' when the security guard opened the door, it was chained. we don't know how the people inside weren't awakened. needless to say we had to drag all of the suitcases back down to our van (with the help of security) pack it up go to another room. i paid for a pool view suite and did not get it due to this mess. we were comped for 1 night and didn't pay for our dishes. it was really cool to have a room this size with a kitchen and all the space but it was not at all as clean as the pictures on the websites portray. the lobby however looks just like the website pictures. there was a lot to do around the hotel. old town was really neat. i cannot say for sure if we would stay here again."

"My family & I recently stayed here on a much needed weekend vacation. The room was decent & clean. Very spacious. The air conditioner could have been a bit stronger & the beds that were advertised as queens were actually full size beds, so it made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at nite as my husband and I are both fairly large. But all in all the hotel served it's purpose for a quick weekend stay."

"I went to Celebration for Spring break with my family. This place charges for everything. You have to pay for WIFI, pay for continental breakfast, pay for dishes and so much more. The 'continental breakfast' they give you is food all in plastics for example bread slices, Danish, muffins, donuts. It socks! Then they have bugs in there rooms. Feel free to email me if you want to see them. The rooms are outdated as well. It was just a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place. And I will be posting many more reviews on other websites that book Celebration Suites."

"The rooms are good for the price. You are getting a room to sleep in not to live in. Very close to a lot of amenities; however, the shuttle service to the Disney Parks leaves a lot to be desired. The bus is shared with other hotels and can get full leaving you stranded if you are not careful. There is a public bus stop very near by we utilized more than the hotel shuttle due to its very limited schedule. If you use the shuttle bus you will get to the park(s) after they are busy. Earliest bus departed around 9 am."

"The room was nicely decorated, the matress was comfortable, and the unit was clean. Only problem was we could hear every car, truck, motorcycle go by all night. The windows are very thin and the main road quite busy so it was hard to fall asleep. The building is very lit up and regardless of our efforts to close the curtains, paper clip the curtains etc.. the light simply came through. If someone needs quite and darkness to sleep you may want to request a building in the back!"
