"2 families of us went to this resort. We are surprise to learn that there is a $80 tax clean up fee applied to any booking. Plus, there is resort fee. Room is big, but there is no new towel, make up beds...We are very disappointed because we were expecting Hotel services. Carpet were dirty and the ground floor where we stayed is noisy. Resort facilities are very limited. You have to travel far to go to other attractions other than Animal Kingdom."

"LOVED this placed!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our refrigerator unexpectantly broke and within minutes someone was there to repair it and they even offered to replace any food that might have been lost from the overnight outage. The units are clean and very spacious. We rented the 3BR and we were very comfortable with 4 small kids and 3 adults. Very close to the parks and in close proximity to several restaurants, an awesome Wal-Mart and Target!! Will definitely stay here again."

"We checked in a little early (about 2:30 pm) and asked if our room happened to be available, and it wasnt ready until exactly 4pm..I guess I couldnt expect anything because check in was at 4 however it would have been nice to have our room ready. We checked in for 7 nights all paid for.(sat. to sat.) On Wed. they called our room and asked us why we hadnt checked out. Went to the registration and had to show all my paperwork to them. They fixed all that but that night went to our room and our keys didnt work anymore due to the mix up. Had to go back to the front desk and have that all taken care of. The matresses in our room were so old the springs were coming through so we asked for matress pads which they gave us right away. They told us new matresses were being ordered. The desk took care of all of our issues but was pretty annoying to have to go thru these processes."

"We (wife, daughter and me) spent five nights in an 'Aruba' two-bedroom 'villa'. We were VERY impressed, especially for the low cost. Yes, there is an $85 cleaning fee and a $6day resort fee. So I would look elsewhere for those staying just a day or two. BUT, it was still very low cost for a large, clean, well equipped room with a full kitchen incl plates, glasses, etc. The patio is covered with see through netting (I assume to keep out bugs, misquitos etc.) Staff were VERY nice. Security at the gate. Pool decent. Large jacuzzi which was great after all the walking you do at the amusement parks. Free dvd's was nice. No real negatives. Suggestion--take fewer clothes and use the in-room washer/dryer once (take a travel size detergent/softener). Also used restaurant which hotel suggested and even provided coupons for delivery. Had pizza/wings which were excellent and reasonably priced. Disney parks were about 15 mins away which was fine. Lots of restaurants, shopping etc between hotel and parks."

"This place was great. The pictures were a realistic representation of the unit. I did not like the extra $110 charge for the cleaning and resort fees (we did know about $80). The kids beds were comfortable for them but very noisy. I notified the front office to pass along the info. Not sure if they will fix the problem. Over all it was a very nice place."

"I have stayed before and enjoy the 3 bedrooms for people to have space. It is well appointed. However, the rugs are in desperate need of cleaning and the pull out couch was quite uncomfortable. One cousin ended up pulling the mattress off and sleeping on the floor and then just sleeping on the couch closed up. It would also be nice to have some liquid dish soap. All dishes would have been cleaned had that been provided. Still would stay again, hoping those issues could be resolved."

"Good lighting, good location. Horrible beds, we were there for 7 days and the beds were like box springs only. Noisy, hard, very uncomfortable. Interior was good for all of us. We had many in our group some others had interior issues sink, toilet handles broken, stopped up drain. Ours was good just the bed issue. Remember it is a rental.carpets need cleaning, wet feet = black marks on tile after swimming."

The units are large, and the front desk staff is helpful. The units are not luxurious, but they are good value. The location is also very convenient to Disney.

"This is a tough review for me to write...and here's the reason why. This was my 3rd stay at Caribe Cove over the course of the past 3 years or so. I frequent the Disney World Resort and I really want to recommend Caribe Cove because the location is great, it is clean, the people are friendly and it's off the beaten path.
Unfortunately, the quality (or lack thereof) that is found in the bedding is terrible! The mattresses are extremely thin and extremely noisy. If you are planning on having friends or kids in the guest rooms while having an 'adult evening' in the master suite...don't count on it. The entire building will be awakened by your cheap mattress. Plus, after a long day marching around miles of amusement parks one deserves a good bed to sleep in.
It is really a shame to think that during my next Disney vacation this fall I am going to have to find a new condo, but I have been told repeatedly that 'our beds are being upgraded in phases,' at this rate, they will all be replaced in 20 years or so. LIke I said, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, the amenities are great...but I can't recommend it purely based on the horrible condition of the beds that I have experienced now in 3 separate units. Shame on me for giving it a third chance."

"The first unit they gave us the refrigerator didn't work, it was pulled apart and no one to fix it till the next day. You would think housekeeping would report it not working. So they moved us. The second unit they gave us we opened the door to see someone sitting on the couch and eating chips, it was occupied. The third unit was ok no one living there and refrigerator worked. The only complaint I have is they should have had someone help me move the 3 times as it was their fault we kept moving.
The front desk was super nice to us it was just an inconvenience to keep moving my suitcases, food etc.
The unit was clean and very comfortable.
We would stay again because after we finally settled down we were very comfortable. They keep their units exceptionally clean.
I read before we went their that the beds were an issue. The beds were extremely comfortable in all 3 rooms. Not sure what others saw wrong with them.
I am a very particular person and I look for cleanliness and comfort in all places I stay. These units are all of the above. It is great for families and you have all the privacy anyone could possible need. The balconies were extremely large with tables and chairs outside to have your breakfast in the morning and watch nature go passed you.
We are yearly pass holders to Disney and spend a lot of time in the area. We are looking forward to returning to Caribe Cove in the near future.

"This was my first stay at the resort and it was wonderful! We stayed in a three-bedroom condo that was very beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable,however, the sofa bed needs a little upgrading. It was sagging a little and the mattress was a bit worn. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, dishes, utensil, etc. and the fact that we had a washer and dryer to keep our linens fresh when needed was a plus. However, when we called the front desk for an extra pillow and a replacement remote because the one provided did not work, we received neither even when we were told they would be brought to our room. Disney and Universal, many restaurants and shopping (i.e. Outlets, Walmart, Target, etc.) were all very close.
Besides the weather at the time that we vacationed (it was so cold those first few days), our trip was very enjoyable and I would recommend this resort to my friends and family, as well as return again."

"My family of 5 stayed here Nov.9-16/12. We had a large 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that had all the essentials. This was the first time we had not stayed in a traditional hotel & it was awesome to have all this space. There was Walmart, Target & Publix (grocery store) & plenty of restaurants nearby. We were 10-15 min to the Disney parks & about 25min to Universal - all easy to get to by following signs. The room was spacious, clean, and we felt very safe. The resort was quiet - not busy at all. The pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub & gym were great features although most of our time was spent at the parks. Any staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. We arrived before our 4pm checkin and thankfully (after a 20 hour drive) they were able to check us in early.The beds weren't too comfy nor quiet, the carpet was a little worn in the hallway, the living room furniture were scuffed &/or faded. Be prepared to run out of toilet paper, be charged $6/night resort fee plus $65 cleaning fee. I knew this from previous reviews so I was prepared. Overall this was a great place to stay, way better than a traditional hotel room & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and/or stay here again."

We thought it was our kids I got up and went to the door and I saw this couple in the hallway in our room. I asked what are you doing here. They said they were given this room. "First the good--The value for the space was exceptional! Lots of square footage and the rooms layout were great! Fantastic screen in porch, quiet place. Kitchen was nice. The exterior looked great. Now the bad-- I rented a 3 bedroom all of the bedding was terrible, the bedding and mattresses were old, hard and backbreaking. The sofabed mattress was so thin, the coils could be felt. The carpets were dirty and stained, I woundered why I paid a cleaning fee when the unit was not clean. The master bath had water stains on the ceiling and ill repaired plaster in the walk in shower. The pool was long distance from building 4&5 and too small for the number of guest so it filled up quickly. The steam room and sauna are in need of repair and is possible a safety issue because the control switches did not work correctly. If the company would invest in repairs and upkeep, I would consider staying here again. I would even pay an additional $15-25/night for more comfortable sleeping. This is not the place to get a restful sleep but it can save you a lot of money. « less"

"The Caribe Cove resort was a spectacular value. We had a three bedroom suite with a large living space, kitchen, and a screened in veranda that spanned the width of the suite. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Other reviewers mentioned that the beds were not comfortable, but our beds were soft and comfy. The pool hours are listed as 'dawn to dusk', however we swam every night until at least 10pm. We were only asked to leave early (9 pm) on one occasion, but that was due to a nearby lightening storm.
The kitchen has only 3 pots and one frying pan, and only a bare minimum of utensils (for those that plan on making meals). We still got by just fine for the 8 days that we were there.
The drive to Universal Studios is 15 minutes. Disney is anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. If you leave early in the morning for the parks, the drive is quite quick.
I would easily recommend this hotel. It's the only place in Orlando that we will stay from now on."

"caribe cove was wonderful.they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom.The staff was friendly and helpful.The drain in the master bedroom was stopped up when we arrived,but they were right there and got it unstopped.the only things we didn't like is we could not get in early as our plane arrived in orlando at 9:00 and we got to the hotel at 12:00. we had to ride around untill 4::00to get in as we were tired from the trip, also they would not give us a 1st floor room.my wife is 72 and i am 68 and my wife had abad knee.all in all i would stay there again if we ever get back to florida."

I booked a 2 bedroom villa and on my arrival was upgraded to a 3 bedroom with no additional charge which was very nice. The bed of the 3rd bedroom was small, this is good for small children, but is not for teenager. If you can have some room that have king size bed in master bedroom, and the other 2 bedrooms will be queen size bed for big kids. The two twin size bed would work for some family that have small children."

The room was very clean and felt like home. One thing that stood out and made me very comfortable about the up-keep of the resort was they do monthly insect inspections and it was performed while we were there. My only complaints was the additional fees once you arrive there was a additional $200 for incidentals then a $65 cleaning charge and a additional facility charge per day. I really wish they would have advise us of all the fees upfront prior to our booking. When we ask about the additional fees the front desk clerks was not very helpful and would not give us a answer. They only indicated 'I'm sorry but these are the fees'. Our family really loved the location, grounds and the very nice rooms. It felt like home away from home."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived in our 3-bedroom suite.The area was beautiful. The suite was clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The pool was sparkly clean and a great temperature. The kitchen was equipped pretty well, though we could have used a couple more big bowls. (There were 6 of us and we did a lot of cooking.) The only issue we had that was difficult was the master bedroom was great and the other couple said the mattress in there was okay, but OUR mattress felt straw-like and the bed was extremely noisy...NOTE: we are senior citizens. Fortunately, we were so tired at night from walking Disney, we still were able to sleep. BUT...on a whole, we loved it and hope to go back...thinking maybe that the bed will be fixed/replaced next time. We recommend, unless you are used to super super deluxe accommodations."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. It really felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for the two of us. Sometimes we like to spread out and get a break from each other, and we could easily do that too, without leaving the condo. I was impressed with the cleanliness. It felt like we were the first people to stay in our unit. We are gourmet cooks and picky eaters, so we really enjoyed being able to cook our own food when we wanted to, and the resort is close to Publix and Target, if you need anything. It comes complete with nice pots, pans, dishes, washer/dryer, and all that you might need. It makes you want to cook and clean on your vacation. There are not a lot of ammenities other than the pool and a small gym, but the villas themselves are so comfortable that we barely wanted to leave and go anywhere. Also, we had to restock our paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer soap, and garbage bags. Not a big deal, but if you are staying more than two or three days, it's worth it to pick some up at the grocery store rather than at the office. Ladies don't forget some bubble bath, the garden tub is a must after a day at Downtown Disney.You can also rent free movies. My husband loved that. There is room service from a nearby restaurant, and the food there is decent. I love, love, loved all the convenience. I can really tell when I like a place if I'm not homesick by the third day, and I was actually sad to leave on the fourth day. We enjoyed it and we are already talking about going back for a longer stay."

I do 99% of our booking online and sometimes you're not sure how old the photos are, or how much they have been staged. This time I was not disappoined!!! We had a 3BR/2BA villa: it included a full kitchen and laundry room. For our family of 5 (including 3 tween girls) the spacious villa was great to come back to after a long day at one of the Disney parks. It wasn't hard to find and being right off of 129 we didn't need to get back on I-4 to get to any of the Disney parks. The customer service staff was very helpful and polite (there were no sour looks on faces when we had a question or needed help) and always gave helpful accurate information. We will definately be staying here next time we go to Disney!!! Great job Caribe Cove :):)"

"The resort and room its self was OK.. not good but ok.. We stayed there for 3 nights, and paid $90 in resort fees, plus another $68 for a hotel cleaning fee.. AND a $200 deposit on top of the price I booked the room for. Now the whole 3 days we were there we never got ANY house keeping. No vending machines, no restaurant at the resort or close by. The garbage's were full, no dumpster that you could empty trash in, no extra bags to do so, no extra towels, No fresh clean towels or beds changed. So what is this cleaning fee and resort fees I payed??? I also have NOT received my $200 deposit they said would be refunded to me. With the economy the way it is.. charging people an extra $357 the day they check in puts an issue on their funds they want to spend while on vacation. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a good deal. Ive stayed at nicer places for the same money I paid here.. this place is also NOT KID FRIENDLY, as advertised. "

"We arrived around noon on May 1, 2012 from Chicago and the hotel allowed us to check in early (normal check in is 4pm). Staff was quick and friendly. Our 2 bedroom suite was really nice (we were in building 4 unit 201). It did come furnished with all appliances including a washer and dryer (larger stackables), dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. Also had silverware for 8 including pots, pans, glasses, bowls as well as a few storage containers. It even had wine glasses. Our unit was clean upon move in. The bedroom tv's were small flatsceens, but the main tv in the living room was about 32', but not flatscreen (good enough for vacation though). Upon check in we were given a free rental pass to the resort version of a redbox machine. That was nice, we did rent a couple of dvd's for the kids throughout our week long stay (FYI - they ask that you only check out 1 dvd at a time and return it before you check out another. The unit does have a dvd player in it). The main bathroom had a walk in shower and a garden tub with 2 sinks. The 2nd bathroom had a tub/shower. King size bed in master bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The balcony in our unit faced the back pond. It was screened in with an overhead ceiling fan. It was nice to eat dinner or just have a drink on the balcony. The pool was nice, never too crowded and the hot tub was just the right temperature. However, a couple areas could be upgraded. The bed mattresses leave a little something to be desired. They are cheap and not very comfortable. And they make a lot of noise when you sit on them. Our carpet looked nice, but it was cheap, no padding underneath. Those were really the only 2 not so great things about the unit and I'm being a little picky about the carpet (really it was fine). They did include an ironing board and iron, broom and dust pan and a vacuum in the unit. They provided us with towels, extra sheets and blankets. You do have to wash your towels as they don't give out clean ones every day. Overall it was a great place to stay. Disney is about 10 minutes away right down 192. International drive was about 20-25 minutes away. Fairly quick drives for the most part. There is a super target a few miles down the road as well as a Publix food store and plenty of souvenaire shops. It was nice to be able to save a little money on food and snacks and not have to go out all the time especially after long days at Disney. I would truly reccommend this resort especially if you are trying to save money or have kids (we have 2). It was nice to be able to spread out and not be confined to a hotel room. We paid about $61 a day - can't beat that price especially since we didn't have to sit through any time shares. We were very pleased and are already talking about coming back next year. You should definitely enjoy this resort!!! We did!!!"

"Can't say enough good things about this place. We all loved it! We got a steal (half-off) for a 5 night stay, and all 8 of us stayed in the same room. By the time we split up the cost of it person to person, it was practically pennies! If you read the fine print, it does mention the cleaning fee. As for the toilet paper comments, we had enough for 5 nights for 8 people. I was so exhausted at the end of the days, I didn't even notice the comfort of the bed. Ours didn't creak at all. My sister in law commented she kind of liked it more on the firm side anyway. We loved the independent feel of the place, it felt like a private apartment. Great place to stay; we will definitely be staying there again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the resort by chance on the internet and found it to be exactly as pictured on the web site. We couldn't believe the price for our stay but decided to take a chance. Our one and only complaint was the noisy bed. We have never encountered such creaking beds in all our travels. Upon check out we mentioned this to the desk staff and were informed they are working on changing the beds throughout the complex. They gave us a card and told us to check back & they'd inform us when the process was comnpleted. Obviously they've had many complaints. Other than that, we had a ball enjoying their wonderful pool and grounds. We found the condo to be very quiet and all the amenities were very satisfactory. We'd definitley return to the Caribe Cove Resort. Also, it was very convenient to get to Disney World."

"Everything was great. The resort is very close to the disney parks and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything that you have at home. The bathrooms were extra large. The one bedroom had a queen size bed and it wasn't very comfortable and everytime you moved it made alot of noise and they also said they had cribs but they were only pacnplays. "Overall, we really enjoyed this place. It was wonderful to have the washer/dryer and we used it a lot more than we thought. We should not have packed as much clothes as we did! The beds in this place, along with the pillows, really really need to be replaced. The two twins, for my 5 year old and my mom were terrible. The pillows were very lumpy. Also, the carpet was not very clean, but that might have been due to us checking in early (since we arrived around 10am and they let us check in at 2 or so. There was a problem with different people telling us different things at the front desk. I did call to tell them that the coffee maker lid and the wifi were broken and they came to fix the internet connection (the router was in a small closet near the door) and brought us a new pot for coffee. The pool was wonderful, although we were so busy we only got to use it one day. Everything, including the room (minus the carpet) was very clean. Parking near the building was never full and the condos are located pretty much down one road from Disney etc. I would recommend this (just watch out for the beds!)"

"Our resort stay was very comfortable and the accomadations were very roomy with the comforts of home. The property was very clean and we really enjoyed the screened in porches. Nice and quiet area away from the main strip but close enough to the Disney parks (within 10 to 15 minutes). There is also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores (Target and Publix) and gas stations within a close proximenty. The only con would be the mattresses in the bedrooms. They weren't bad for a few nights stay but the resort should plan on replacing them with a higher end and more comfortable mattress in the future."

"This was our first trip to Disney. Having four children, I thought a vacation was out of the question. Our daughter found this package online for a one week stay at the resort including airfare. The rate was extremely affordable for our family so we booked it. I was skeptical. We were overjoyed when we arrived. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The three bedroom condo was perfect for us. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The screened in balcony suited my husband and daughter who both smoke. The larger beds were comfortable but the two twin beds were not. The pool and hot tub were clean as were the grounds. We absolutely loved this little piece of heaven and plan to return in the future. We will definitely recommend this vacation spot. "We planned a trip to Disneyworld and really wanted a nice place to stay that wasn't as ridiculously-priced as the Disney resorts. This was where we ended up booking, and I'm telling you what- it's a GREAT stay! It's a short drive to the park (about 10 minutes) but it's worth it! There's a Target and a grocery store very close to our hotel that we could shop out and bring stuff back to our place- very convenient, and a huge money saver! Our unit consisted of two bedrooms (one with a King and the other with two twins- perfect for our kids). There was a full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, oven and lots of countertop space. The cabinets were clean and loaded with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, a toaster, coffee maker... you name it, it was there. Huge living room area, washer/dryer in it's own laundry room, spacious patio (enclose with a screen to keep out the bugs, but allow PLENTY of light). It was awesome- and it really gave us plenty of space to spread out our family so we could each have privacy. The staff was courteous and friendly. I couldn't get the WiFi to work so I phoned the lobby. Within 10 minutes a technician was there and we were up and running. Very professional! We are hoping to return to Orlando in the future, and when we do we are absolutely staying here. The price was great, and there was nothing about it that felt less than 4-star! Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I booked a 3 bedroom villa and we couldn't have been happier with it! The location was excellent and I don't think I've ever stayed at such a great place for the price that we paid. It's not a 5 star hotel by any means but it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was a huge bonus that they were able to put a highchair in our villa for us so we didn't have to travel with one and they also have pak n plays available as well. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend to others."

We traveled with two young children 8 & 10 years old that begged to be at the pool more than at Disney. I have no complaints about the resort. I understand about the cleaning fee. The rooms are large and are very clean when we check in. Our cleaning fee was $118.00. One meal at Joe's Crab Shack was $125.00. I traveled with 4 girls...guys if you want a clean place that will be hard to complain about then stay here."

"Remember that this is home away from home. No towel service or making of the beds - that is extra. You are at home. The rooms are super clean and have all the comfort of home: full kitchen and washer/ dryer. Remember to bring your toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, because they are expensive @ the shop. Unlimited movie rental! Very quiet. Publix, Target and several restaurants surrounding the place, such as Bahamas Breeze, Longhorn, Olive Gardens, Applebees. Would stay there again."

"The villa was very nice. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath villa. It was very spacious and the patio was great for outdoor meals. There were a lot of great restaurants near by and wasn't too far from the theme parks. They offer free dvds throughout the time of your stay but you can only get one at a time. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. If you're traveling with a group I recommend you stay here. The price for the hotel isn't bad at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's traveling with family and needs a lot of space."

"We checked in after 5:00 and were met by a clerk who had the personality of a gnat (apologies to the gnat)! The condo was very roomy and had a nice layout. It was also clean and had everything we needed. The coffee pot didn't work but they replaced it when we told them about it. Be prepared to wash all your towels yourself and don't expect them to provide even a small package of soap. We sometimes just threw wet towels in the dryer to freshen them up. Also, the ice dispenser in the frig didn't work but that wasn't a big deal. Televisions all worked although they are small. We loved the large bathtub and the screened balcony. We had no issues with noise even though the place was busy and we didn't go to the pool. The worse thing about the resort is the terrible beds. Even my husband complained and he doesn't usually notice such things. We opted to stay there based on comments made from others that all the beds were to be switched in March. So not true! Even though the price is reasonable and we were prepared for the cleaning fee and resort fee, I wouldn't stay here again unless they get better beds. They are as bad as everyone says they are. All in all, not a bad place to stay, but I think there are better options with decent beds and without such horrible traffic to contend with."

"The villa was very nice. We had 5 people staying and was roomy enough for everyone. The master bed was large and comfy but the two single beds were very squeeky. Great to have washer/dryer but would have been alitle nicer to have some extra towels and complimentary coffee all the days we stayed. The setting was very peaceful and close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. Was a bit surprised to learn we had to pay an 'extra' $90.00 for the house cleaning that wasn't part of the original bill...you pay it when you check in and then someone cleans only when you check out. Overall a very great place to stay!"

"The 3 bedroom was very spacous for 7 people. We enjoyed the room. We didn't like the fact that the pool opened at sun rise and closed at sunset. When the kids got back from a day out they wanted to go to the pool. We also didn't like the fact that on the day of checkout that the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 9:45 A.M. asking us to leave. That was very rude and unexceptable. The place is quite a distance from the parks as well but not far enough to complain. I would recommend this place as a second choice but we came down last summer and stayed at the different resort and it was much more family friendly."

"First time not staying on Disney property,definately wasnt disapointed !! Great price, close to all Orlando atractions and parks. Quiet area. Nice to have the extra space with 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living, dinning and 2 bathrooms.. Laundry was a great bonus!! Staff very friendly. There was the security deposit, but it was refunded apon my checkout,so no biggie there. Beds were a little squeeky, but not hard as was expected per other reviews. Very nice Super Target just down the road, great for groceries, etc... I love the Mouse, but dont know if the on-property is worth it now that we know about this property,!! I think we've found our new 'home' in Orlando."

"This was a awesome place to stay for a week. Close to all the parks but yet far away enough to have peace and quiet time. Will stay here again for sure. We stayed in building 2 and had a great view from the 5th floor. The one thing I would recommend they change is the $65 cleaning fee. You do not get housekeeping at all until after you leave. Not fair to pay this and get nothing in return and the mattress they use are pretty bad. My husband back was out for two days but, I will still stay here. For the price per night, it worth it. Also need to add some activities for when you do not go to the parks and just want stay at the condo."

"Best resort I've been to in a while. This resort had everything we needed. We had so much space. Our balcony was beautiful. Our view was incredible. The rooms were equipped with everything you could ask for. The only issue we had in the 6 nights that we were there was the fact that our room did not have wifi. We each had a computer, and had to share one ethernet cord. Besides that, 2 thumbs up for sure!"

"I was nervous - I read all the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. All I can tell you is that the resort was beautiful, clean, and spacious. As for comments about the resort fee, cleaning fee, and uncomfortable beds...I can't really agree. Most of the places we looked at had resort fees and cleaning fees - and the beds really weren't that bad - at least in our unit. There are drawbacks - like the late check in. They won't budge on the 4:00PM time. And the staff is okay. Don't expect a true concierge - like at a 5 start hotel. But they are friendly enough. We really didn't need any staff help, so it was fine. We used the pool and loved it. We went to Target for food and with the full kitchen, it was nice to have coffee and cereal in the morning. We saved money by eating breakfast in our room before we hit the park. The screened in porches are the best! So relaxing in the early morning and evening. Loved them! We had a 3 bedroom villa which was a free upgrade. So much space. Great to have 2 full bathrooms and some separation from the kids. Really - if you can get a good price on this hotel and are staying long enough to justify the cleaning fee - take it! It will be well worth your money, and you'll have a great vacation - promise!"

"We ended our 6 night stay yesterday and overall I would not go back . First, you are told when you arrive about a $200 deposit...glad I called ahead of time to plan for that. When we arrived we were given the option (not freely) to pay a one time non refundable $40-something for their insurance. We chose that as I did not want any holds on my card. The 2nd night we were there it was incredibly noisy and looking at the alarm clock it was 3:00AM...needless to say I was not pleased to hear my neighbors party on the screened porch and in their rooms. I could hear every word they said. It is a dated unit and the mattresses throughout the unit are HORRIBLE. If you have back problems like my husband and I do, you may want to reconsider. The pillows are completely flat. On another note, (the kicker) when we checked out they PROMPTLY charged me $200 twice for a total of $400 that is still pending on my account. When I came back to the resort after checking out I was told that there was no reason for this since I paid upfront for the insurance. I have stayed in MANY resorts and this is a first for me. Check out should have been a breeze. Unfortunately, because of them holding my money hostage and sleeping 6 nights on an awful bed, my family and I will not be returning."

"This new resort has 1,2 and 3 bedroom suites, very well decorated and large in size. Nice screened porch and 3 flatscreen TV's. LocATED WITHIN 10 MINUTES of all disney properties, but isolated in a wooded preserve. EXCELLENT value! We had 3 couples for 3 days, and the total cost was less than $25 per person per day. Highly recommended!"

"After a cruise, we drove to Orlando to spend a week with family and settled into Caribe Cove Resort. What a great decision, there were only two of us, and we had so much room, bigger than our home. We loved it, sat outside on the patio, used the pool, the coffee in the main office. Also free long distance calls. Did not have time to watch DVD's or use the steam room, but that was our decision. It was all available for additional fee of $5.95. The cleaning fee of $65.00 was also made aware of beforehand on the internet, and it was nice to know that we could pack up and leave. Contrary to reviews, we found the bed and pillows comfortable and slept like babies. The fully equipted kitchen had everything we needed, only had to buy our food. For the price, it's a bargain that can't be beat."

"Very nice room, very spacious and elegant. Loved the 2 baths and kids room. Beds were comfortable, but did squeak when you sat or lied down, but it did not wake us up. Our only real complaint would be the pool hours (dawn to dusk), it would have been nice to take an evening swim or soak in the hot tub after a long day at the Parks. Otherwise, beautiful resort and we had a wonderful experience and will be back in the future (February 2012)."

"Our Trip was wonderful. My family and I are Disney Annual pass holders, so we like to book in Orlando for a whole week or even a weekend. We have three kids and my husbands brother and his wife and three kids, plus his mother , sister and brother all like to get away as much as we can afford. Which means we like to stay in the rental condos rather than craming everyone in a hotel room. Over the past few years this is one of the best condos we have stayed at. Its close to shopping and restraunts, but not stuck in the middle of all the super busy Disney traffic. We had the chance to go to the parks in the morning, come back to the condo go in the pool, take naps, then return to the parks for night time fun. I always bring my own cleaners when I go to these places, but I didn't really need it here. The sheets and bathroom were VERY fresh and clean, no tub scouring for me :) Even the kitchen was spotless all the way down to the dishes. The carpets on the otherhand could use a good scrubbing or maybe a replacement would be best. All in all it was a good experience. We will look into staying again if the price is right."

"I would like to say Thank You!! The Resort was a wonderful choice and met all our needs. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. Unbelievable space,very clean. My teenage boys were even impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful with printing directions and recommendations. Our only negative to mention was one others have mentioned, the pool closes at dusk so by the time you do return from a day at a park, it is closed. We weren't able to take a dip, but it was a nice pool."

"Great place to stay and I will definitely be returning. I stayed in a 2 bedroom style apt with all the amenities of home. The apt also included dish washer ,washer & dryer to my surprise. The only thing I would suggest is for the facility to upgrade their televisions. Each room had a TV but the screen was rather small, except for the living area. The location was great with nearby shopping."

"Your front desk girl was the MOST PLEASANT person help ever. I e-mailed the front desk 2 times during my stay and never got an e-mail response. I had laryngitis and could not CALL her. #1, Your internet connection cord (or something) made functions slow, had to wiggle cord lots to keep it working. #2, Open vents make nice ventilation but serve to share bedroom noises in the LR #3, More handicap parking spots are needed. #4, A teflon skillet, spatula and filled salt & petter shakers in the kitchen are needed. "Caribe Cove became home away from home the 5 days and 4 nights we were in Orlando. It was close to everything: from the Disney parks which were only about 10 mins drive away, to grocery stores which were only about 1 or 2 miles heading east or west on the I. Bronson Highway. Everything in the 2 bed/2 bath apartment was in working order, and we found the beds very comfortable. True, we had to pay for resort fees and cleaning fees upon check-in ($101), but compared to what we would have spent staying in one of the Disney properties, we still ended up saving some money by staying here. As for the coffee, paper towel, and toilet paper issues, this really did not surprise us as we have stayed in few resorts before where you also had to do your own groceries much like you would if you actually owned the condo. Plus as mentioned, Target and Publix groceries were only about a 5 min drive from the resort. My husbads only wish and request: a community grill for hotdogs and burgers. But yes, we definitely would come back or recommend this resort to our friends."

"The three bedroom villa was very spacious. Unfortunately the little things did not meet our expectations. The beds were not comfortable with the sofa bed unusable. Lamps were broken, cushions unmatched, remotes don't work, things missing from the kitchen list, and an alarm was left set to go off at 4AM. Laundry in the unit was a selling point but we did not expect to bring our own soap. Also bring extra toilet paper unless you want to buy it from the front desk. No housekeeping during our 5 day stay. Mandatory $65 cleaning fee is only for after we left. Room was clean but garbage overflowed in outdoor hallway, maybe they have raccoons as well as alligators. Extra resort fees and cleaning fees cut into what we thought was a great deal. Best feature was easy access to Disney World."

"The condo was spacious. There were a very minor problems that maintenance fixed right away. My only complaint was that the pool needs to be open later in the summer which they are changing. The pool was heated and beautiful. Did not want to leave. Great time."

"Great place to stay! The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the grounds were well kept. This reservation exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I could suggest is longer pool hours. "The room was fantastic and the service was excellent. We discovered small ants around the sink. (quite normal for FL) a call to the front desk and maintenance was right there addressing it. The rooms were very clean well stocked and actual better then anticipated. Way more pluses then minuses. The beds were horrible however and in the end the main reason for booking anywhere is sleep. The mattress platform is constructed out of thin wood and cardboard that squeaked loudly with ever little move. They need to be upgraded. If it wasn't for that the would rate on the excellent scale all around. I will defiantly go back, bad beds or not. I also wish the pool was available after dusk as that was the normal time for returning to the room.

"This was a lovely well-appointed large suite which was very quiet, and friendly efficient service. All day long hot tea and coffee was available. Only a short drive to Disney. Lovely pool and lake and close to grocery stores etc. Perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. The only slightly negative thing was that the internet was slow and complicated to access email. We would definitely return here again."

"First impression was good. After the first night we were less than impressed. All of the beds are very uncomfortable. There is absolutely no comfort to the bed at all. The televisions throughout the condo are old and outdated. With all the money they make they should really put some money back into the units. There was also a tax and a cleaning fee due at check in....$120. There is not any service at all for towels or a mid week cleaning like we have had at other places we have stayed. Good location and could be awesome with a couple updates!!!"

"We just returned from Florida and we stayed 10 nights at the Caribe Cove and let me say that that our experience in one word EXCELLENT!!!! We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit very spacious everything you need in these units , very clean all the staff were very friendley and helpfull . The pools very nice and my kids really enjoyed it. We will be going there again next year and Im already looking into booking my reservation for next year!!!"

"A unique experience. From the resulting recruitment everything as they described on the web (nothing extra to get contodo ok) In short the perfect recruitment where needed to clarify or ask for anything. Welcome to my Flia the services provided by you In the Caribbean Cove nothing to remark, I can only tell that is a wonderful place, with an enviable attention, clean the unit and common areas spotless. All equipment of the unit worked perfectly and denoted constant maintenance. Although their location to someone may seem far distances are ideal for a quiet holiday away from the noise and businesses but that car just takes no more than 10 minutes more than from other resorts. Undoubtedly despeues touring and Orlando and surrounding RECOMMEND THIS RESORT. Our trip was to the parks (All days) and yet I have this opinion. Had to rest my appreciation IdoA would be the same: I hope you find it useful and have a good trip."

"When I arrived at Caribe Cove I was told that my room was not available because of maintenance. I was sent to Bahama Bay. I was given a room on the third floor with no elevators. The wireless service did not work during my stay. The front desk said it was working fine, I called the provider and was told that they had received several calls from the guests at Bahama Bay regarding no service."

"More than I excepted, far as room. Staff was great. I only wish that wifi was offered in units..for those that have iPads/tablets have to go to lobby to access Internet or pay to use computers in lobby. However you can hard line in from room. Would visit again and recommend. Me and family enjoyed the unit even more than being at home. It was so relaxing we really didnt wanna leave. My boyfriend is a hard person to please at times, his only complaint was tvs were to small.. But he even wanted to stay an extra day for the comfort/relaxing atmosphere.

"Great place to stay and bring a family. The only thing to improve our stay was to have had COFFEE AND TOILET PAPER FOR EACH DAY WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT after two days We stay for 4 days. Other wise it was a excellent 4 days!!

"We booked a two-night stay in a two-bedroom at Caribe Cove. Friends were supposed to meet us, but their plans fell thru at the last minute so it was just us. We were upgraded to a three-bedroom from our booking site. So when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. Wished we had more time to stay there as it had everything we needed including a screened patio! We arrived in the dark and found it difficult to find the 'office for check-in' as it was not well marked. We drove around parking lots looking for the office! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the resort amenities (and there is a daily charge whether you use them or not) as we only had one true day there, and we were out sightseeing for most of that day and evening.
Our only complaint is that the bed was noisy...but it was comfortable. There is also a $65 cleaning fee which is not calculated into the cost of the room....that gets paid for when you arrive. I would definitely stay there again...for a longer time!

"We were very happy with the resort and the unit that we stayed in. It was very spacious for our family and we felt right at home. The only thing that could have made it better was the beds, they were a bit hard and lower than the normal king size bed. We will definately stay here again."

"We were a little skeptical on this resort because the price was so low, but it far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Having a full kitchen and washer dryer was also a nice bonus. The screened in porches were very nice as well - we had a view of the woods behind the resort which made for some fun night time watching. The staff was very courteous and helpful through the stay. Top notch all the way for sure.
There were only two things that were less than expected. First was the quality of the beds as mentioned in the other reviews. While not bad, they were not very compfortable and made a lot of noise when you rolled over. The other point was that there wasn't WiFi in our room/building, but there was a wired connection that was VERY fast. MUCH better than I have ever had at a hotel or resort.
The proximity to Disney World was great - easy drive to the entrance. Getting to the other Orlando attractions wasn't bad at all either.
Overall, this was a great place at a great rate. Would stay there again in a hearbeat!"

"This resort/villa was great. I rented a 3 bedroom villa with queen sofa bed. The rooms we very spacious especially the master bedroom. Balcony was a nice size. The bathrooms were huge and both had a shower and tub. They provided me with playpen and highchair which I found nice. The kitchen was huge. There was a laundry facility in the villa. The TV were a little small and old but that was fine with me at least we had TV's. I was very satisfied with the resort and my deposit was returned the next day which I also loved. It was about 15 minutes to the Parks and has many places around there to eat close by. Very nice place I would definately stay there again."

"We just returned from our week long stay at the Caribe Cove Resort. I can't rave enough about the resort and the staff.
Our condo was really nice...very spacious and clean. It was much nicer than I imagined with the enormous bathrooms and tons of closet space. The pool was warm and well maintained. I loved the steam room and sauna too. The grounds were beautiful. The resort was located in a convenient location, only a few miles from both a Target and Walmart.
My son got sick on our second day with an ear infection and the staff gave me written directions to a medical clinic. On another day they provided us with directions to a local shopping mall. On a rainy day, the staff had a list of indoor activities in the area for us to try. They really went the extra mile to make our stay a wonderful one.
Our check in and check out was so simple.
I would definitely recommend this resort!!!

"It was a great experience, like having an apartment for the weekend. My favorite part was the screened in patio that was from the master suite to the living room and then the second bedroom had a seperate one as well! Just know once you get there, there is a one time cleaning fee of around $84. I would love to go back! Oh and it is the same exit as some of the Disney parks which makes it easy to get to them."

"I must say we were a little apprehensive about booking our vacation online for the first time. Our concerns were definitely left at the door, once we walked into our room at Caribe Cove. We were amazed at how spotless and spacious the 2 bedroom suite was. The large kitchen and ensuite bathroom were terrific, as was the tranquil view from our private balcony. Close to all ammenities and, just as close, to the Disney World Theme Parks. Would definitely chose Caribe Cove again and will, most definitely, recommend it to our friends!"

"This is a great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed it. I had trouble with my fridge. I called front dest the fix-it man came right away. No problem after that. I will be coming back here very year to stay. The proce is great for a family o a budget. Walmart was close and publix is just down the street. It is close enough to the theme parks without the heavy traffic and crazy tourists. The pool was nice, the balcony is extra large. There was always enough parking when we got back late at night. My kids 3 and 7 had a great time here. The villas are very large and roomy. Good size kitchen. This is my new home away from home. "

"I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I was very reserved with booking the room at such cheap price but it was worth every penny. Great location, close to everything. Close to Disney, Walmart, and Arabian Nights. We stayed there for 4th of July for our trip to Disney. The resort is a rarely new resort. The rooms exceeded my expectations. My family of eight stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and had more than enough space. This is truly one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The sizes of the rooms were larger then your average 3 bedroom villa.The only down part was that the pool closed at dark and we didn't get back from the parks until after dark. "

"'This place is exactly how the picture shows it. It is clean and spacious and nice. I operate a group home for women with special needs and every year we take the girls on a trip. I had five of my clients and three of my staff visit me and they were very impressed with the resort. Last year we chose to stay at your resort and it was really great. It was located lke so close to Disney it did not take us but about 10 minutes to get there. Restaurants were close by and very convient. We are planning aother trip this year August. I am getting married on July 30 2011 and i am planning for me and my new husband to spend our honeymoon there. I have even sent others to your resort to stay and they loved it. I will never stop talking about Caribe Cove Resort.
