"Room was not cleaned for 3 days in a roll, hallways smelled wired and the local people were kind of scary.. not a good area of the city to hangout at... no one messed with us but I had my concerns.... the hotel itself needs majore renovations.... can't complaint much because of the price of it this time of the year but learned from it to choose a better place....

"It was filthy and run down! If we had a choice, we would've left immediately. We never took our shoes off to walk around the room. There were hairs all over the bathroom, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, the ceillings and walls had major cracks and paint missing (it was still laying on the carpet and bathroom floor). The crud under the air conditioning unit was horrible, the mattress was a size smaller than the box spring and there was filth in the gap. The phone hadn't been cleaned and you could feel the filth on it, I used a wash cloth to hold it when i called the front desk at 2am to complain about the cursing coming from the balcony below. The towels were shredded in spots. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!"

"Too many negatives to list... from the extremely loud party receptions at the front of the hotel to the cleanliness and aroma of the entire place. On the plus side, the staff was very nice but they get to go home and sleep in their own beds."

"This is a horrible hotel. I can not believe there is such a bad hotel close to beautiful Disney World. The room was very, very dirty and noisy. Water leaked in the bathroom and we were told there were many rooms like this. They could not fix it. We booked four nights and we had to leave on the second day to find another place. We left a pillow in the room. When we went back to get it, the front desk told us they could not find it. We lost a pillow in that hotel. We would never come back."

"This is an absolutely horrible hotel. I can not believe there is such a terrible hotel in that area. Very dirty, noisy, bugs everywhere, no microwave, no fridge, no wireless. We could not sleep as water leaking in the room and the hotel told us it could not be fixed. We booked 4 nights and we had to leave on the second day to find another place. I left my pillow in the hotel room and turned back to get it, the front desk told me they could not find it. I lost my pillow. I would nerver ever come back to this hotel."

"We stayed here for one night after a long day at the Water park. We checked in late, and were welcomed by a group of rough looking people hanging outside the front lobby. Our room was creepy, old, and dirty. I tried to ask for a refund in order to go somewhere else. I would have to take it up with them. Needless to say, we did not sleep well in the old, creaky beds. When we high tailed it outta there in the morning, we could see that there were actually rooms where people must be living, because we could see there plants, bikes etc...on the balconies above. WARNING: DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!"

"Would not except the first room. the secound room after we got settled in the head board fell off and when my husband tried to fix it the picture above fell off, so we moved again. I thought for the price the room we now had worked but I discovered later when trying to charge our cell phones there is something wrong with the eletric like a shortage of power so I wouldn't stay again didn't feel safe."

"This hotel is an absolute disaster, the first night there was so much nosie everywhere and people were running up and down the hall way and banging on everyone's door VERY LOUDLY. My wife and kids were so scared we wanted to check out that night. The next night is was a little better but when they came in to supposedly 'clean' the room(they never did really clean they made the beds the first few nights) they left the door unlocked. All they did was give us 2 towels for 4 of us everyday and every morning we had to call and remind them every morning, plus they didn't replenish the coffee or made the beds or clean. There was also no wireless internet on our floor, no fridge or micro wave, louds nosies etc, etc.. Bottom line is i would never ever go back to this horrible place again, not even for FREE !!!!"

"Worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. First room we went in had one king bed(for 4 guests), no fridge or microwave, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work so we had to lug everything back down to the lobby. The second room had the two double beds, no fridge or microwave, those rooms were sold out, even though we had made reservations two weeks prior, odd! The hallways smelled of smoke, the room had a nice view of the pool, the shower had holes in the wall, the towel holder was hanging on by a screw or two, with multiple holes in the wall. You could not push the button down in the tub for a bath, nor would you want to with the look of the tub. There was a blow dryer left on the top shelf of the closet area from a previous guest, I guess they did not notice it when cleaning the room. You only get two bath towels a day, it does not matter if you have four guests in the room. We went to the pool at 9:50am, the pool hours are from 8am-11pm, the gate was locked. So we had to go all the way to the lobby, wait in line to ask about the pool, back to the pool and wait for someone to come and unlock everything. The pool area had old, dirty and broken lounge chairs and looked as if no one cleaned the area all week. The people in the front of the hotel made you feel uncomfortable when you approached the building, not sure if they were guests or gang members. I would never come back to this hotel."

"This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. When we arrived I was given a room that was absolutely terrible. One of the lamps was not working, I had no trash can, the bathroom was disgusting, the comforter was ripped, the pillows in terrible shape...they were flat! I had no ironing board or iron like the booking said I would only two towels for four guests the carpet dirty and stained. They don't allow smoking but the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. Super outdated the wallpaper border pinned to the wall. I was mortified!! We complained and then they transferred to another room which was in a bit better condition but had a broken A/C! I had to sleep with the sliding door open. Needless to say it was a horrible stay in this hotel I don't recommend it to no one!"

"I booked this hotel through this site last minute because other hotel price was too high. I was visited many other sites to chick out the reviews and they scaed me. I was so scared that I called the hotel personally. I spoke with the Manager and he reassured me that everything would be just fine. He stated that the reviews were not factual. I was very pleased with the way that he handled my questions. I arrived at America's Best Inn Main Gate East on Friday October 7, 2011 and walked in and they were very polite. I got my room key and when i got to my room it smelled like BLEACH and CLEAN! The room was clean and organized. NO BUGS.. NO HOLE TOWEL.. NOTHING Wrong. I was staying there with another individual and we chose to not have any room service to clean our room for the entire 5 DAYS we're there. When we needed more towels they BROUGHT them.. When we needed ANYTHING (toilet paper, iron, ect) they were prompt. The pool was awesome. Could not figure out how to turn on the Hot tub but that is minor. Only downfalls was that it was close to the main road so the traffic was loud at times and fire and police sirens were heard. I left HAPPY and would stay there again!!"
