I absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and had a great view overlooking the pool. The carpet probably could be replaced but it didn't deter from my experience. The pool is awesome and huge for Key West standards. The concierge was so helpful and even arranged for us to have scooters one day delivered to the hotel for us. Everyone who works there was so kind. I can't wait to go back and bring my kids next time!

Booked through our travel agent as a package with airfare. I noted some of the reviews had some less than favorable comments in some areas. Here are my observations. Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. On check in the young lady at the desk was less than enthusiastic but that was the only time we saw herring our weeks stay. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Everything was there and everything worked. The pool area is stunning. The bartend... Read more

We stayed 3 weeks in 2015 & 2 weeks in April 2016. There have been some nice new beds the whole inn. There has been some hiccups with a changing staff but I saw improvements by the end of our stay. I was upset when we checked out that there was a $30 resort fee per day add on. last year it was $10. The internet is too slow to stream anything. The internet was given as a excuse because people were sharing the passwords with other people. When I think of a resort I think of activities such as tenn... Read more

Beautiful pool area under lush palm trees was definitely the highlight of this 2 day stay. Grocery store close by. Breakfast not included. Rooms were average and instead of receiving a view to the pool as booked I had a view onto the cement wall of the neighboring building.

The Inn is located as you get to Key West. The main lobby area is inviting. As we drove around to the back of the hotel the exterior had areas which could be refurbished. The room it self was nice and clean. Beware of the $4.50 bottled water that is out for the taking. While the hotel itself is away from the main activates, it take less than 10 minutes (driving) to get to the heart of the city. While the hotel itself was good, the pool area is second to none in Key West. It feels like a tr... Read more

Decent/nice hotel with a handful of kinks. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that this was a very cute/quaint hotel. It's truly lovely and gives off that "relaxing" Keys vibe. It's small and that's a good thing, because it keeps it quiet. The lobby is really nice and check-in was a breeze. When we walked into the room, it was pretty standard. Seemed clean and comfortable and worked just fine for us. We enjoyed it for the most part. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and sometimes you'll... Read more

We´ve stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was the cheapest you could find at Key West but it was ok. The rooms are not really new but I think it`s ok. You do not spend much time there so it´s fine. The pool and the pool area is really great (they have a hot tub as well)!!! And you can meet some friendly animals there ;-) Breakfast was not included so we bought something the day before and ate at our room.... The cleaning staff is not very friendly :-/

Very nice motel/resort type accomodation. Some of the rooms have water views. We were initially put into a room which overlooked the pool, but asked to change and this was done efficiently. The room has 2 queen beds, desk and chair, fridge and enough room for suitcases. The air con is deliciously cold, much needed with 31deg C outside. The pool is really large, with cabanas and lots of seating surrounding, all in a lovely tropical garden. They serve breakfast and also have a limited me... Read more

I picked The Inn at Key West because they offered parking. Most places in Key West have very limited parking spaces and you may end up parking blocks away from your lodging. I upgraded my king sized bed room to include a balcony and a view of the ocean and spent $377.25/night during the high season rates. (April 2016). At that rate, I stayed 2 nights! The staff was hospitable, knowledgeable and friendly. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast starts at 730am and costs $10.95. I went next door... Read more

This was one of the finest hotels that I have stayed at in the USA.I plan on booking the same room again for 2-3 weeks in July and August. It was close to the night life, their Tiki Bar and pool were the greatest, the employees are excellent and the roosters and Iguanas made my stay well worth another trip, I would like to live there.

We rented 2 rooms for our stay As luck would have it we could get in one of the rooms early so our party took advantage of enjoying the pool. The pool area is a tropical paradise filled with a couple of iguanas and roosters which made the experience memorable. We had a problem with one of the rooms an the staff arranged to move that group to another room for the rest of the stay. We did have breakfast once at the hotel it was ok. The room was a 2nd floor room with a balcony. The problem was that the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat. Between 1pm and 6pm the room was uncomfortable with the A/C wide open all the time. We kept the A/C on high all night so it could try to keep up during the day and we just made it a point to be somewhere else when we knew the room would be uncomfortable. That said, the pool was extravagant, shaded, beautiful, and wasn't over populated. The poolside tiki bartenders were awesome, fun to talk ... Read more

I'm sure The Inn plans to resurface the pool, which is showing signs of wear in places, during the slower fall season. At least on this holiday weekend, the large pool was full of children and celebrating adults, so if you plan to swim a few laps for exercise, get there before 10 or so. The Inn has succeeded in making the pool area into a lush tropical grotto with several varieties of palm trees and a rocky waterfall. While not as large as the pictures on the web site suggest, at least a hundre... Read more

The young lady at the front desk was the best part of our experience. She was friendly, accommodating and professional. We purchased our room off of a groupon special. When we arrived they booked us in a room with one queen bed. The room smelled very musty and moldy. There were 3 adults. We were told we could upgrade for $40 more a day to a room with 2 queen beds. I just got back from a trip to Key West. I decided to stay at this hotel because of a Groupon. The facility is okay but the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. It makes it look like it's across the street from a beach which it is not. It is across from the water but you can only fish there and you would need to cross a very busy street to get there. The biggest drawback is the location. It is not in walking distance to anything other than the IHop that is located next door. We had ... Read more

We stayed here due to a deal we received with Expedia. The location is in a great location (if you're staying in key west) and affordable. It's close to the exit (of KW) and close enough to the downtown area. It was quiet while we were there, for the most part, and the room service attendants were great. Unfortunately, we have problems with our AC on several night, which prevented us from getting a good rest on these days. When we called the front desk we were told they could bring us a fan but ... We stayed at The Inn for 5 days in early July. The pictures give the impression that the hotel is on the beach-IT'S NOT. There is a $30 a day resort fee and I'm not exactly sure what that covers. There is a workout room ( 2 of the 5 machines seemed to have issues) )- there is only 1 ice machine in the entire place and it's down in the lobby-no in room micro-do I would say the $30 is for parking. There's an ihop and a grocery store within walking distance, you're a 15-20$ cab ride to all the fun stuff in old town. The beds are huge and super comfortable. We took our first adult getaway without kids ever to Key West and stayed at the Inn. Pool was amazing- nice and large, not crowded and clean. On busy nights, there really needs to be more than one pool-side bartender. That bartender takes drink and food orders and is expected to clean the pool side trash (it would be helpful for guests to clean up after themselves!) and some guests were less than patient with the slower service. We had a room overlooking the pool. It was nice and clean but no... Read more

This hotel/motel is very pretty. The front desk staff is personable and accommodating. First off note this hotel has NO elevators to its second floor rooms. You will need to carry your heavy luggage up a nice flight of stairs. Secondly there are room air conditioners. No matter how low you set them, you must sit in front of it to be cool. It is not a well insulated room. I think the hot air comes in from the Windows, single pane, and the door which has a big gap opening on bottom, no floor sweep... Read more

This place is very inexpensive compared to other hotels in Key West. But it's basically a tropical-themed Motel 6. The rooms are clean but very basic, and the fridge was leaking. The pool was clearly the highlight. It was very beautiful and had a poolside bar. The breakfast buffet was outdoors but the food was just ok. By 10:00 they ran out of forks. The service was very nice. I loved the tropical theme and the pool, but other than that, it's just a motel.
