From the minute we made the reservation until we checked out this was a fabulous experience. Accommodations were immaculate and large. We loved our screened-in porch overlooking the pool. Concierge very helpful and knowledgeable.

My first choice for next visit. At beginning of Key West but very accessible to all attractions. A very short walk to the trolley that takes you everywhere. Grocery store just 5 min away. Very quite, clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful.

This is a very nice resort. The room was very comfortable and included all the amenities that you would want. The pool area was well laid out with a bar. Great location away from the downtown area was very helpful. It was great that they had a washer/dryer in the unit.

Our condo had everything we needed from the super comfy king size beds, the kitchen and bathroom amenities and the view from our screened in patio was beautiful! The resort truly exceeded our expectations. The beach is small but was nice and relaxing with calm water. The pool was awesome with a beach style entry and delicious cocktails and the Tiki Bar. We would most definitely stay here again.

We booked 6 night stay at this resort during our fishing trip to Key West. The resort grounds are kept very clean and are beautiful all around. I would also say that you will have a view of the water from every room. The staff was very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you might have. Our check in was very easy and quick. The concierge service after check in was excellent. We were given a lot of coupons to use around town that were truly useful. I think we used just about eve... Read more

A Well maintained facility, inadequate pool however. Awkward / impractical parking spaces. Dangerous wooden stairs and only one elevator for the entire building. The lobby morning coffee is a hit. The drying pegs on the sun porches are a pleasant feature. The facility being nearly surrounded by water is delightful.

The hotel was OK. The best part was the pool area. The pool was clean and we loved the zero entry. Lots of lounge chairs both shade and sun. We could always get a chair. The beach is man made and not great. Lots of rocks when trying to get in the water and a big current. Strong swimmers only. The tiki hut was convenient. I only ordered once from there but heard good things from other guests. They dont have a gym which I thought they did. You can use their other hotel downtown but its drive and y... Read more

When we arrived, we met with Julie, Tara, and Cheyanne at the front desk. They were very friendly and the checkin process went quickly. We arrived before our room was ready but we walked around the resort and went to the Tiki Bar while our room was getting ready. We stayed in B21 which was an end unit. Screened in deck was very nice as was the rest of the Hyatt. We would definitely go back again. Was on the quiet side of Key West which was good for us and it only took about 5-10 minutes to... Bad: easy to miss the turn the first time! Just as you come into Key West, BEFORE the light, turn right at first driveway past bridge. The sign is set off the roadway and hard to see until you pass it. Good: spacious, clean, well-maintained rooms and grounds. Friendly staff. NOT in the middle of all the craziness of downtown. Master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub (quite welcome after a long day). We got around great on bikes. If bikes don't work for you, you will definitely need to re... Read more

Always love staying at Beach House. Has great floor plan with privacy for both bedrooms. Great screened in porch and the pool is awesome for all ages. Protected from wind in cooler months. Little dock and beach, tiki hut with food and drinks. Great staff that want you to be happy and go the extra mile. Highly recommend. They are doing some renovations and updates to keep it in tip top condition.

Location great. Room, nice, spacious. If you are looking for a peaceful, tropical paradise, this isn't it. Rooms poorly insulated, very noisy place. If you have kids and want a fast, loud, and crazy stay, this is your place. No rooms face the water, only the pool, which gives you the best view and audible experience of the 'we can act like animals', this isn't our home, that money can buy. Don't think that glass door is going to help. The screened in porch is lovely but unfortunat... Read more

Very nice place, good location close to golf course. Not far from the action on Duval Street or Mallory Square. Can ride bicycles or scooters. Room nice , grounds are neat. Can eat next door at the Marrott. Pool and beach pretty good. The hammocks are great for a nap after golf

We opted for partial ocean view but found our room to have a great view of the ocean. No need to pay for ocean front. The room was large, nice and very clean. The property wi-fi works great everywhere even out by the pool and on the dock which was a plus. Centrally located near the west end of Duval.

Myself, my husband, our 8 month old, and our two friends chose to stay here for 8 days. We had a pleasant experience... Many better things than worse. Our 2nd day here they had an "orientation" with complimentary breakfast which included them telling us about the resort and different attractions near by. The pool was very nice, and great for kids. Only flaw about it was it was warm and very sandy. The "beach" at the resort... I wouldn't call it a beach. Nor would I swim in it. But I see that som... Read more

Wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly. Our room had a full kitchen, fully stocked, two bedrooms, two baths with a jetted tub in the master, and a sofa bed. Washer and dryer in unit. Our room over looked the pool. The property was quiet and clean. Loved the pool. The hot tub was extremely hot, but there was an easy cure for that. We just didn't get in it. Close to everything. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We arrived at our hotel and were told all rooms have an ocean and pool view. Well, they were correct in their definition, but when when we got to our room, our entire porch was covered in overgrown and unmaintained palm trees. We were given a 1st floor unit, which was actually on the 2nd floor as parking is underneath the buildings. A true disappointment to book an ocean view room to find out their is no ocean view. Make sure not to get D14 as your 2 bedrm unit. The rooms are not updated, b... Read more

We went with our children and my in-laws. It was perfect because the in-laws had a private room and so did we. The kids had a pull-out couch. The kitchen and full-sized refrigerator enabled us to make breakfast almost every day. We also money by staying here rather than having to get two separate hotel rooms. It gave us the right amount of privacy, while having a family vacation.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Beach House Resort at the end of June. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular!!! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you need to cook a full meal, which was really convenient. My daughter loved the pool and we spent a lot of time there (bring your bug spray with you, though, we got a lot of mosquito bites sitting by the pool). The Hyatt Beach House Resort is definitely a 5 star property. The staff is excellent, professional, friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. I've been dreaming of coming to Key West since I was a young girl over thirty years ago and I have to say I was not disappointed. Staying at the Hyatt Beach House has enhanced my experience a lot. A great place to stay with your family. Updated kitchen. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a TV in each room. The balcony is very large, buts it's a little noisy since it's overlooking the pool. I wish there was a sauna/steam room.

We are at the airport on our way back from staying at this resort. It's not really a resort, though considering they do absolutely nothing to make your stay any different than staying at a regular hotel. The concierge couldn't even be bothered to look up an excursion for us. We were told to "Google it" and we were the only people in the lobby. Mold in shower, paint and wall paper coming off, broken door(they fixed right away), ants in kitchen which they sprayed but came back. Major complaint about room was the layout. We have been here since last Sunday and are checking out tomorrow. It can't come soon enough. We are Marriott timeshare owners and exchanged a week through Interval International to come to Key West. This resort is the worst place I have ever stayed. From the outside, it looks lovely, but once you get inside your villa it all changes. We came down for Fantasy Fest this year (bucket list item), and traded into this resort via an II exchange. I've read many of the other reviews posted here, and would agree with most of them - so to say the remodeling project is certainly overdue, but the 2-bedroom unit on the third floor was still very nice, bathroom had a giant whirlpool tub, glass shower & giant double-sink vanity. Since the Hyatt name exudes luxury and high standards...I would say this place lived up to that name. Some things are a bit used and show some wear, but that is to be expected. Have any number of randomn people live in your house and see if something doesn't get jacked up.
