We are staying with them for a week, 7 of us, parents grans and kids. They are conveniently located on us 1 and they offer great prices and service. In comparison the beachfront properties do not have good beaches any way (you do not come to key west for beaches!) And horribly expensive for what they offer. The hotel has a shuttle to downtown and right next door to an old town trolley stop. I want to mention their restaurant. We caught some black groupers and asked them to cook for us. They... Read more

Great value for Key West. Yes, you will need some form of transportation to get to the downtown areas, but we had a rental car, so it was easy. All of the staff was incredibly nice & welcoming, pool & pool bar was great, room was clean and sufficient. Breakfast was great. No complaints & would stay here again if in Key West.

The Garden was an awesome stay! From front desk to the cleaning staff, the room was amazing clean, the pool was perfect and bar. The restaurant had a great selection. The parking and accessibility was great to go either to downtown or beach if you like a goodnight sleep without the party noise

Stayed for two nights to be close to a dive centre we were using. So easy to find as you drive into Key West. The room was large, clean and modern with a sofa and coffee table, working desk, coffee machine and microwave which all seemed brand new. Lovely big bathroom with huge shower. Pool and common areas were also very nice and there was ample free parking. When we ordered desert from room service it was lovely and super fast. The breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. it was a wonderful experience to drive to Key West with my family and to arrive to the Hilton Garden Inn. the hotel is beautiful and well kept, the rooms are spaces, the amenities in the rooms are from Neutrogena which I love, the room had a microwave and mini fridge it came handy because I traveled with toddles. Looking forward to visit again, I would definitely recommend the Hilton Gardens Inn in Key West Florida

Ok there were some good things -- free parking, pool, bed, but unfortunately it stops there. Somewhere I thought I read I would have a bay view balcony. No, I have a super view of the hotel across the street and nothing to sit on. From the door side I can see some of the bay. Is that what they were talking about. We traveled from Texas so we had lots of stuff to rake to the room but luggage carts do NOT EXIST on this property. So if you don't mind lugging everything by hand then stay here. Y... Read more

This hotel was perfect for us. The location was convenient for us since we had a car. This is NOT in walking distance of anything you will be visiting in Key West. Do not be mislead by the description of the balcony room - while these are technically balconies, they do not have any room for sitting, and there is an EXTREMELY limited opportunity to see the bay - if you are on the top floor. The balcony really overlooks the main road and the hotel across the street. We decided to downgrade our roo... Read more

We were looking for a place in Key West that would accommodate us for the night and this Hilton Garden Inn is new, clean, and less expensive than neighboring hotels. You won't have ocean access or view, but there is a shuttle that can take you down to Mallory Square near Duval St.

I stayed here because it was free with Hilton points. But, next time I'll lay out the cash and stay at the Westin in the historic district. The hotel offers a shuttle, but it stops at other hotels making it slow and they charge $20 a day for it. So, we used our own car to get to Duvall street and water activities. We parked at the Westin every time because it was the most convenient, but parking is $4 an hour. The advertising for this hotel is somewhat misleading as it was advertised as a NEW ho... Read more

Although it says new I am thinking the room I stayed in was part of the old hotel here that was upgraded and more was added around. Clean rooms, but rather small. Not sure I like the outdoor corridors although they are well lit at night. Free parking available. Location is at the entrance to Key West and getting in and out of the lot is pretty hectic with all the traffic and it's a bit noisy as well. Staff was friendly and concierge very helpful. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a visit to Key West. The hotel does not look like 'much' from the outside but completely change character once you are inside. Beautiful reception and restaurant as well as the rooms are a pleasant and surprising experience. The staff knows what 'hospitality' means !! Anxiously waiting for the brand new HGI in Key West. Finally made it this summer but was extremely disappointed that it looked liked a Holiday Inn Motel. Yes I said motel. Everything is new so it's looks very pretty but the motel design does not meet HGI standards. I will not return. Recommend Double Tree or the Hilton Waldorf Astoria. Also breakfast at $16.95 is a joke which I did received for free being a gold member. Very disappointed.

We visited the Keys for a day and chose this hotel because it is one of the newest on the island. Most other hotels (especially the small ones) are kind of old and due to the humidity, worn up...The location is a little far for a family bike ride to the south part of the island where the "action" is, but right in front of the hotel there is a a long bike path with sunset view. Requested an extra pillow at 5pm. After numerous calls to front desk I finally gave up. At 1am they pounded on my door and brought the pillow. Took me until 2am to get back to sleep. I requested the manager call me the next day to discuss. He did not call me. Not delivering the pillow when it was promised at 5pm is one thing, but waking us a 1am after 3 more call to front desk is inexcusable. Then exasperated by a general manager unwilling to call me the next day.

this hotel is very pretty and clean, and the pool area is large and welcoming. the best part of the hotel has to be the lobby. it's very beautiful and colorful. but service is okay and the hotel is far from most key west attractions. one problem is that they don't offer pull out beds which is very necessary at times, especially during my stay.

Very nice hotel for a great value. The only problem is that it is off the main strip away from everything. But they offer a paid shuttle service. It's $20 for unlimited use per room (up to 4 guests). The shuttle runs from 8 am to 10 pm. The hotel has a decent pool and hot tub. They have a bar at the pool and I'm the lobby. The concierge is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Very nice, clean and perfect shuttle service to downtown that runs until 11pm. We bought a 2 day pass on the hop on hop off trolley which made it easy to get around to all the 13 different stops. Make sure to visit the little White House.

Great Hilton property, room was clean. Staff super helpful especially Nate and Terry. Stayed with family and hag a great time. This hotel is on the W end of the island so if you want to stay away from the craziness of downtown this is your place.

Too far from everything had to pay 20.00 per day to get to the actual keys where all the activities & shopping were. Like a motel not hotel - rooms are outside not inside No bell service Breakfast buffet too pricy
