"Our family spent one night at Marina Del Mar on our way to Spring Break vacation in Key West. We were very pleased with MDM. We spent a relaxing time at the pool and then had dinner at a restaurant within walking distance. We even saw dolphins in the bay behind the hotel. The room was VERY basic but we were only there one night and only slept in the room - too much to do outside. Great stopover spot for island hopping in the Keys."

"My husband and I thought the room was very clean and airy. Good beds. Del Mar and Holiday Inn are under the same management so pools in both close locations are open to patrons. "Rooms were clean but not very roomy. I thought they were small, especially
when one considers this place caters primarly to scuba divers. There was little
room for people and equipment.
Was SERIOUSLY disappointed in their 'breakfast'. Two mornings in a row, we
recieved spoiled milk for our cereal. Upon complaining, they simply brought us more of the same. Rather than recalling the whole batch, they simply expected us
to continue opening cartons, pour it out to see if it was lumpy.
The person in charge of the 'breakfast' area was far more interested in
hiding in the back room than tending to her duties. Two mornings in a row,
I had to go to the back (where she was visiting with her fellow workers) and ask her to clean some tables for us. Two mornings in a row, I had to ask her
to empty the trash, so we could dispose of our paper products. The reason the tables were dirty, is because the previous guest had no place to dispose of their trash. The third morning, we didn't even try, simply went out to eat breakfast."
