"This hotel was a joke...it's nothing like the pictures, this has to be the worst hotel in all of my 39 yrs of traveling. i was moved to 4 different rooms...finally i just gave up..and took what they had...the carpet is not only super old..but the mildew...made my daughter go into an asthma attack. I chose this hotel for a couple of reason...the hotel photos, the on site restaurants, and b/c it was near the river. Omg...there was no way i would eat there, by looking at how well they keep the rooms...the toilet was rusted and old...the shower...was worst...who ever took a shower first was lucking..the nextt would have to wait 20 mins...for the water to drain..the mattress..nothing between the sheet and mattress...sad part..they fool you...when you arrive you are like wow..at the atrim and all..but you get the actual room...it's literally the roach motel. Why didn't I leave...because everything was booked...therefore...we only stayed in the room maybe 5 hours during the night...dreaded going back. One more thing...the lady that works in the restaurants....was one of the nicest people...she really helped ease my frustations..she apologies..so many times...it wasnt her fault...but she really cared and she listened...KUDOS for her, and no I didnt eat a thing there..wasnt even interested in what they was serving or selling"
