It's been 3 years since our last visit, and the hotel feels "refreshed". Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylish. Registration was courteous, efficient and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. We introduced our neighbors to this property on this trip - and they were VERY impressed. Great stay at reasonable price

We had a lake view room on a lower floor. Now I wish we could have been up higher. The outside patio was wonderful in the morning when we had a great breakfast. The staff was very helpful with directions. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurant/ wine bar and the New York Deli. It's always a plus when you can bring your dog!

I had an unexpected business meeting in Jacksonville, flew in late on top of delayed flights. I arrived at hotel about 1:30am. TI was greeted by a bright smiling girl behind the desk ready to check me in and she already had my reservation up & key card waiting. I asked for a late departure and received a "no problem" when I said 2pm. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Free wifi. Had to stop at the front desk in the morning for toothpaste- they had it right there. Very close to shoppin... Read more

Our daughter moved to Jacksonville a year ago, and we've tried several hotels in 75/95/Butler/St. John's area where she lives. Many hotels are very 'tired' and showing wear. With the Hotel Indigo Deerwood Park, we have absolutely found our go-to place! Fresh and contemporary, it is a great place for both business and pleasure. The rooms are beautiful - hardwood floors and huge open showers (no tub - which we love!). Great central location (although probably best for I75 travelers). Quiet... Read more

We booked this room last minute and got a great rate. The rooms are nice and updated. Kish at the front desk was kind enough to call us to let us know that our room was ready early. There is a nice cafe/bar and lake. The beaches are just 15 minutes away. See photos of room 406 that I posted

$160 a night and no breakfast. The room was ok nothing special. There was a king bed but no couch so it was not very roomy. Overall not impressive for the price. I will not return since there was no breakfast. Our toilet got stuffed up and they gave us a plunger instead of fixing. We had to do it ourselves.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo on our way to Cape Canaveral. The hotel is clean, upbeat hotel. We were very impressed with the hotel staff and the room. The room was clean and very reasonably priced. There was a great view of the small lake out the window. There is also a small pool. I would definitely recommend this property!

The hotel is located in Tapestry Park, probably the best area in the entire city of Jax. Everything about its location is perfect. Sadly, the hotel management isnt. My last check in was rather interesting. The check in gent looked rather annoyed with everything and when I asked him if an upgrade for Platinum member is possible, he said I am getting an ADA room with no view. He was not willing to do anything about it and I wasnt willing to deal with his attitude, so I requested a cancellation of... Read more

I booked this hotel for a few reasons.....nice suites with view, pool and hot tub, and a good location. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I got room 224, a suite 'with a lake view.' Well, really what I got was a room overlooking a roof with a wall ....it did have a view if I stood right by the window, but otherwise I got a wall and a nice view of the sky. When I talked to the staff, they did offer to move me...the NEXT day to another room (after admitting that that room was only booked after ... Read more

Off the beaten path and in a suburb of Jacksonville, this hotel was just what the doctor ordered. The Indigo is located in Tapestry Park, a mixed use development with business, living and shopping. You will be at from the water canals and bridges of downtown Jacksonville, but if you're really looking to unwind, this is the place. The smal touches of Jacksonville's movie industry past are displayed around the property. Of course their signature boutique feel was evident throughout. Hardwood flo... Read more

We have stayed here twice now. Just one night stopovers on the way from FL to NC. Very welcoming and I love the atmosphere and decor. The bathrooms are great! Spacious and modern, but with a warm feel and they carry Aveda products!! The breakfast options are great too. There is a decent Thai restaurant near by and I have been told the restaurant catty-corner is great as well. The grounds around the hotel are nice as well with a pretty pond.

The hotel lobby shares its space with the bar & restaurant probably to save space but it doesn't matter because the whole room is beautifully decorated. There is a large HD TV installed in the bar area and plenty of bar stools. There is access to the pond through a glass door which initially leads to a patio area stocked with lounge chairs and tables. Hotel Indigo used to be our go-to place in Jacksonville. We have stayed there perhaps 40 nights over the past few years while visiting friends and family in Jacksonville. But we won't be going back. When we first started staying at the Hotel Indigo, it seems like most of the guests had business at the local corporate offices - Florida Blue, Merrill Lynch, etc. They were there for business - early to bed, early to rise.
