Jacksonville was mazing until i checked into this hotel, First I should start with the horrible customer service. The young lady at the front seemed as if she didn't care that we were standing there waiting to check in. She looked at us and continued to do what she was doing and made us wait 5 mins for her. We drove our car around to the side to unload the luggage, only to be greeted by a man that offered us CRACK/COCAINE. Once we entered the side door that doesn't require a key to enter the hot... I'm 67 years old and have traveled in all but two states. During my travels this pig style rates number two for the dirtiest, smelliest hotels I've stayed in. When I asked for my money back after seeing the room they told me it was a guaranteed room and refused a refund. This was booked through booking.com and there info said I was getting the last available room. There are no more than 10 cars in the whole parking lot. My fault, should have checked reviews which give them a generous rating of o... Read more

The experience was bad, bathroom was dirty with leaky faucets, toilet did not flush, beds and pillows were uncomfortably hard, I'd have slept better on the floor and the whole place smelled like smoke. Complete waste of $90, I will never stay there again. Ever.

Booked a room for 2 days with my girlfriend. We checked in late after spending a night out. We didn't notice much when we got there due to being tired, plus the lights barely worked in the room. Woke early the next morning to notice the horrible smoke smell. The furniture is old and very very dirty!! Cockroaches were all over the sink area. The sofa was broken, and unusable. The sheets smelled dirty, power would turn off then back on. The bathroom was filthy. The air in the room made me dizzy an... Read more

We were so tired we booked this place on the phone. It was a "welfare Motel" in horrible neighborhood. We did not even dare leave our car in the parking lot, Did not even want to touch the front door handle it was filthy, but we were so tired. I have traveled a lot around the world but never left a motel or hotel before! Could not stay there. To Many things to list that were unacceptable. Dirty, smelly the worse!

The employees are very rude and have no respect. They don't give you any privacy. The rooms aren't all that clean. It really isn't worth it. If you are just in need of a place to lay your head and you don't plan on staying for long, this place might be one for you. I won't be returning.

I stayed here June 19th-20th, 2016. After driving from Kansas for 18 hours my husband was too tired to make it to Orlando so we decided to stop. We checked other hotels but unfortunately they were completely booked. We settled on this place because they had a room. Upon entry you can smell that the hotel was not clean but we over looked it being so tired. Once we checked in with Antwan (hopefully that is the spelling) we unloaded and went to the room. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom ... Read more

Ok so..my wife and I were traveling from Miami to SC (june 2016) and wanted to stop overnight to rest in Jacksonville bc we like the city. Found this hotel in a search near the I-95 and as soon as we checked in, we immediately regretted it. Loud music in the parking lot, I think I saw a drug deal go down outside as well..the carpet in the halls was shabby and the room was dirty, smelly and generally just gross! Despite spraying almost a full can of disinfectant everywhere in the room, we both sl... Read more
