My family and i stayed at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. Everything was terrific...the room, the staff, the location and especially Julie the General Manger. we met her on the last morning of our stay which was a Sunday...yes,,,she was working.... lol.. Julie was very attentive and friendly and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. thanks for everything. David Campbell

Clean spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Fast free Wifi. Free parking. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Easy highway access. Close proximity to airport. Good standard hotel breakfast (for USA...not for European style buffets). But the best: I left my iPAD in my room as I rushed out to an early meeting. When I called frantically from the airport later that day, they had the iPAD at the front desk and promptly FEDEXed it to my home. Kudos to the cleaning and front desk staff.

Close to work on the very northwest side of Jacksonville off of I-10 and not too far from the west side of the I-295 loop. Friendly breakfast staff with plenty of choices and food. Have stayed here multiple times and recommend it.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The building, breakfast and rooms are on par with any other standard Hampton. The staff however, was amazing. I had an early meeting to get to the day of my departure and the front desk staff extended my checkout time to allow me time to return and change before getting on the road to head home

My wife and I stay at hotels near here every time we travel south to Ft Myers. Decided on Hampton Inn after reading reviews. I'm so happy to be in a super clean room. Some of the furniture is worn, but not shabby. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the breakfast was weak. Just not quite up to $100+ a night hotels. I recommend this place.

I travel to Jacksonville quite a bit for work. I usually stay out near the airport due to the surrounding restaurant choices and movie theater. But I stayed at the 1-10 Hampton this trip and was pleasantly surprised. It is very convenient to the restaurants in downtown Jacksonville. As a side note, the pork chop at The Black Sheep in 5 Points is very good. This Hampton is as nice as every other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at which is a good thing since you know what you are getting. I'll prob... Read more

The place was very clean, the employees were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good too. Enough protein I wasn't left wanting. They served cookies every evening. Great place to stay along the highway. Near a cracker barrel and a wing place. The pool is outside and it was very clean.

Very nice hotel and amenities. Excellent breakfast and business usage. Don't accept a smoking-room because they are not de-smoked. Front desk personnel welcoming but didn't ask about HHonor program. The room internet difficult to link up.

Make sure up lighting from outside is not shining in your window and make sure clerk doesn't say room Number out loud at check in. Everyone in the lobby heard my room number and I felt like my privacy/safety was compromised. I'm a mom and was traveling alone with my 2 children. I normally chose Hamptons/Hiltons for the security.

Needed a room between Jacksonville and Glen St. Mary to attend a wedding. Found this Hampton and the location on the satellite looked like it would be quiet. It was. Nice hotel and hardly heard a sound. Very quiet and had a great night of sleep. If ever in the area again will be staying here.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Even when the hotel is full we've never heard other travelers while we were in our room. We've stayed multiple times during the past few months and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast with several options has always been good. Stayed here one short night on a business trip. Wanted to get to the West side of town before calling it a night. Hotel is clean and standard for Hampton Inn. It is more dated than most though. Grabbed a quick bite out the door .... Food was standard.

This is a great Hampton Inn to use while traveling through. We stopped going and coming while on 14 hour Drive back and forth from Anna Maria. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. There aren't a lot of dining choices near by but we did try the Italian place that's within walking distance and it suffices for a quick meal.

Also, we stayed in the 2 QUEEN BEDS STUDIO SUITE W/ SOFABED...Beds were so comfortable, but the best thing was that even the sofabed was comfortable too. Stayed here on a Friday night. The hotel is located next the a grocery store and some restaurants. I have stayed here previously and it is always clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The hotel walls were a little thin as I had a family with small children next door and during the early part of the evening I could hear some chatter from them, but nothing to bad.

Stop here because of the bad weather. Felt it was overpriced, paid more for this Hampton than the other 2 we stayed in. The man at the desk was on the phone with a customer and told him it was cheaper to book in line. Also when we got home and checked our credit card, it was $30 more than what it was suppose to be, they took the charge off, but the other Hampton's never did this. He said they charge more because they are in a more desired area. Room was clean.

We chose this hotel because of the location for out Family Reunion. This was our first time visiting and didn't know what to expect. The amenities offered by the hotel were great. There were several restaurants and shops to choose from which made the stay even better. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We definitely would return to this location and also refer to other family members and friends.

Stopped by this Hampton Inn for a weekend conference in Jacksonville. Our conference was downtown and was only about 20 minutes away. Not a bad drive at all and very convenient to I-10. There's a McDonalds, a Wendy's, a grocery store, a subway, a Mexican restaurant and other places on the same exit. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. This hotel was slightly below the level I normally see at Hampton Inns but only because they had a small amount of water damage in a few rooms and the front desk staff failed to mention that the room we booked into had a large wet spot on the ceiling as well as wet carpet near the window.
