The room was clean and neat. The staff was nice, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The price was very high. AC on floor under our balcony roared all the time. Balcony door was stuck and employee had to open it for us. He was pleasant and was glad to do it for us. No view from our room. Could not get the shower to come on. Someone before us had given it an extra turn so the maintenance man had to come and turn it on for us. Again he was glad to do it for us. When we went to turn it off after... Read more

Hampton Inn at Regency Square is an excellent place to stay. The hotel personnel is very attentive and efficient. They allowed the use of the Lobby for a Meet & Greet. The breakfast lady is quite a gem, she strives to satisfy every need; she made Bagel Bites just for me! The beds and room are awesome, no complaint. After renovations are completed, this should be a 5 Star Hotel. It is located just 20 minutes max from downtown, the zoo and the beaches; and it is just 2 minutes from I-295 Bypass.... Read more

Overpriced and the room wasn't very clean. Hampton Inn is a sort of Hilton and I am a Hilton Honors member but I would never return to this hotel. If the weather wasn't so bad I would have stayed in another hotel.

The Hampton brand is always reliable, with this location no exception. I would caution you though, if you arrive late at the hotel parking is a challenge as spaces will be tough to come by. Housekeeping staff is friendly, as I wish the front desk personnel would be more so. They are courteous and efficient, but not warm and fuzzy. The lobby area and hallways were too warm. The location is great though with easy highway access and walking steps to a Ruby Tuesday and a Gate gas station.

AS I reported to Hilton Honors and the management at the hotel, the front desk experience was terrible. The person (Danny) who greeted us at the front desk was stumped what to do when we checked in and he didn't have rooms available (clean), yet it was 4:30 p.m. at this point. Danny had no resolution to the issue and barely spoke. When he did speak, it was very low and mumbling to a point where it was extremely difficult to understand. He had absolutely no resolution skills whatsoever. The ... Read more

1 night stay here was one of 3 Hampton Inns during a 17 day vacation. Have also stayed here twice before. The property is going through a renovation but we were not impacted in the least. This remains one of the cleanest (even during construction), quietest, and friendliest Hamptons that we travel to. Would not recommend. Currently undergoing remodel and there is noise during day. My room did not have chairs to sit on so always had to lie on bed. Cleaners never cleaned my bathroom the first day, only made up bed. Left dirty towels in bathroom. 2nd day didn't even come to clean room until 5:45. Found the back to an earing on floor from previous guest. There are to many motels in this city to get this kind of service.

Although this hotel is under renovation, but we never heard any sounds of it. There is limited parking in the back of the hotel due to construction trailers and supplies, so you have to park in the front.
