A typical Hampton Inn and Suites. Clean rooms, clean bedding and a friendly staff, just what I expected when I booked this room. Breakfast was typical as well with coffee, cereals, waffles, etc. Not great but healthy and adequate. A reasonable price makes this a great buy!

Nice hotel yet over-priced compared to equivalent Hotels in the area. Hotel staff is great and the complimentary breakfast is probably the best I have had. Rooms are very clean but the shower water pressure is low. Has an alarm clock/charging station that will not work with the newer, larger plug connection, cell phone chargers due to its proximity to the alarm clock adjustment knob. Overall a good experience if you do not care how much money you spend on Hotel room stays.

Just your average Hampton Inn. On the plus side the location is ideal. Right across the street from Publix not that far from Walmart or target. Also close to 95 and 295. Only major issue I had was room service not cleaning my room until after 330 and it was located on the second floor. Other than that it's a Hampton Inn you get what you pay for.

A safe, nice, and comfortable place to stay when traveling! We stayed at this hotel for three nights to take our kids to the Jacksonville Zoo and the beach for a fun weekend. We were traveling with three small children and needed cribs for our 1.5 year old twins. They were waiting for us in the room when we arrived! They also had highchairs available in the breakfast area which is a great convenience when traveling with small children. The breakfast was very nice and included a great variety to ... Read more

This Hampton really bailed me out of a jam, thanks so much! I'd reserved another hotel closer to my work at Cecil Field, somehow that didn't work out and was cancelled leaving me without a place to stay. Calling the 800 number they found me 1 room left at this property at the business rate I'm allowed. This was literally at the very last minute after a very long day. First of all I love the Hampton Inn, its my favorite new hotel. However, this location on the weekend I stayed there was not so good. The room was clean and comfy, beds very comfortable, the staff was great. The bad thing is they were having electrical issues and you couldnt watch tv, the hall way was hot with no ac. This is our go-to hotel when we visit our son at UNF. Very reasonable rates if you ask for the UNF discount. Two queens if two beds are needed. Very clean and the concierge coffee available in the lobby is delicious. The pillows are horrible though. No support and stiff neck-inducing. The free breakfast is adequate. Bring your own pillow if you're prone to stiff necks, but otherwise this place is great. Clean, convenient to UNF and a good bang for the buck.
