Nice hotel to stay at. Covienent to the Southside of Jacksonville. Service was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was good, plenty of pillows. Plenty of restaurants in the area, also a supermarket.

I was awakened by a malfunctioning room air conditioner in the early morning hours and was unable to return to sleep. I reported the problem to the desk clerk in the morning and asked to have it repaired. The clerk made note and that was it, no assurance that it would be taken care of, offer to change room or apology. I didn't require use of the A/C on the second night however on the third night I did and was awakened again by the malfunctioning A/C in the early morning hours. I complained to... Read more

We stopped here last year and were happy with the location. We liked it and made it a repeat stop. Should expect to do so again in a few months. Clean rooms, efficient staff and nice breakfast selection. Small Refrigerator and microwave in room if needed. The location is great. Great restaurants, shops and a Publix if any last minute items are needed for anyone stopping by going down South. (I think the water was hard - this was the only thing we are not used to).

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years. This hotel is very nice, people are nice, and the rooms are very clean. A lot to do around the hotel in walking distance as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is good but would be better if they improved their scrambled egg offering. Other than that, great hotel and always an enjoyable stay.

First off, we really enjoyed our stay. We went for Memorial Day Weekend 2016. We choose this hotel based on location and price. We had stayed down the road the year before near I-295 but we actually found this location to be better. There is another hotel being built beside this one. It looks bigger, so next year there will probably be more traffic. This area seems new. It is very beautiful and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a nice Publix. As for the room, absolutely loved... Read more

A simple but nice and clean hotel; staff are very friendly; hotel is almost brand new; rooms are large and very clean; breakfast is ok; lots of free parking and free wifi. I stayed here for several weeks Monday to Thursday. On one occasion I left something in the room and they kept it for me till following week.

Was booked into this ppty as part of the weeding invitees` As a Diamond Member of Hilton, I was delighted to get the points. Newly built area with convenient shopping & dining nearby .About 30 minutes from airport, depending on traffic. Definitely need a car to get around. Had to take Uber to the rental agency. Would have been nice if there was a rental car desk in the hotel.

Bartram Park and environs is freshly being built and will have multiple hotels, restaurants and shops. The Hampton we stayed at is very new and attracted a crowd. The front desk was professional and polite, the room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was adequate. Perhaps because this is a desirable area, the room rental rate was about 30% higher than the Hampton we stayed at in Palm Coast ($128 vs. $93) for basically the same hotel. The front desk had to reset the router so the wi-fi would ... Read more

This hotel was the perfect combination of friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool and decent breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again. The front office staff was very helpful in finding us a room and letting us continue to add another day to our stay. Arriving Late has definite risks with this location. If you arrive after midnight make sure that you call ahead to avoid being cancelled as a No Show. If you arrive after 2am you may encounter a delay during check in. The front desk runs an End of Shift that takes 40 minutes to finish. During this time staff has no access to check you in.

A real treat of a hotel: the decor, furnishings and trim quality more visually and physically relaxing than usual. Good staff but a crowded and nocturnally creepy location. Too much going on in the parking lot and surrounding parking lots that were several Grand Jury levels below what I'm comfortable seeing. Make certain your vehicle is locked and anything of value is secured out of sight. What a shame.

The Hilton Loyalty member complementary wifi log in didn't work in our room. The hotel has no restaurant or bar. We stayed here for one night. From the looks of the furniture in the room, this is an older property. The furniture had worn spots, the chair at the desk in the room had a ripped seat, and the carpet was coming up where the carpet met the tile. The bed was a typical hotel bed.
