When we first arrived, we were excited about the beautiful location surrounded by great looking restaurant options. After our first night there, my wife noticed bites showing up in clusters all over her body. We routinely check for bed bugs whenever we stay at a hotel, so I told her in was probably some bites from something on the beach. I still wanted to be certain, so I checked again. After pulling back the mattress away from the wall, I noticed some stains along the bottom of the mattress, le... Read more

My husband and I, along with our two small children (7 months and 3.5 years) and my mother all stayed at this property last week. We were hesitant at first to stay some place not right on the beach, but this turned out to be a wonderful choice. The main road (Gulf Blvd) is crammed with places and restaurants, etc, and we found this property to be an oasis amid the chaos, set back a bit from the road and lovely and quiet with a fantastic view of the Intercoastal Waterway. Parking was so easy, and... Read more

We loved every minute. New upgrades were awesome and other than seeing a few construction men, we would have known about the ongoing "renovation." We had the double room elite, which was huge. The open living space was plenty of room for company, which we had every day. The free parking was an added perk, as was the friendly staff. There was a sauna and a game room, but we were so busy enjoying the outdoor amenities we didn't utilize them. The fire pit is awesome for a night of snores, just bri... Read more

Went to Florida for a beach vacation. We stayed in room 105. Elite 1 bedroom. The place was exactly like the photos. Everything was new and very clean. My Husband and I went to the beach. It was a few minute walk up the street and across where we rented an umbrella and lounge set for $25 a day. It was worth it. We walked back for lunch (gave us a little time out of the sun). Beach was nice and very spacious which is what we prefer. The Legacy was perfect. Very quiet. Just bring yourself some ey... Read more

Easily accessible with underground parking. Situated on the canal with a pier to the rear and the beach across the road. We were in room 201b which hasn't yet been refurbished but was still quite comfortable with a huge bathroom. The pool area is small but adequate if you don't like the beach.

Very nice condo across the road from the beach . Check-in very efficient , with lots of helpful information about the surrounding area. We stayed in a double bedroom unit, which was spacious and well equipped to a high standard. One night was not long enough to enjoy the facilities, want to return soon.

We spent a week at the resort in early July. Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the resort. We were in one of the not yet renovated one bedroom units, No. 111. It was very large and we were surprised at the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was provided for our convenience. Many restaurants only a few minutes away. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again soon.

The 2 bedroom condo we were in was beautiful and very clean and quiet. We had a nice view of the inter coastal waterway. The Gulf of Mexico was 5 minutes away walking. The kitchen appliance were all in great condition - there was one broken glass in the condo that I tried to get replaced. I mentioned it to the desk staff and they advised me to locate the housekeeping person and tell them. The community room is nice - although some of the equipment needs to be repaired. I mentioned the r... Read more

We just stayed at this timeshare via an RCI exchange. While the staff in general (with one exception) were very friendly and responsive, and it is a good location (across the road from the beach), the place needs lots of work. We had a major roof leak in our unit which they were aware of but put us in the room anyway. (After we had been in the room for several days dealing with water pouring through the ceiling into the tub, I called the office about something else and the manager claimed she... Read more

Great area. Not far from Clearwater Beach, pier 30 a must do. Also Calyspo Queen great food, drinks and dancing with sunset views that won't break your wallet. Indian Shores beach across the street with great sunsets and views of Blue Herons and other birds. Pool is smallish but uncrowded. Friendly and accomoding staff. Ping ponf a and gameroom upstairs. Need cue chalk for billiard table and new ping pong balls but at least it is there. Barbeque, nice dock and tables. Great covered parking. He... Read more

I stayed at a timeshare. I found it much more roomy than hotel rooms, and my unit had a full kitchen. It was nice and comfortable for us staying there. They have a dock where people fished from on the inland waterway. They had a clean pool. They were located a short walk to a beach access to the ocean beach (across the street).

The resort staff are all lovely and the unit we are staying in, B 208, which is a one bedroom unit on the second floor has been updated. It's so nice we honestly had to ask if we were the first to stay in it since the refit. The unit in very spacious and we'd be more than happy to stay here again.

We have been here before and it has been about location, location, location! Well now, after a massive commitment to not just refresh their unit, but completely gut and redo (to date 22 out of 40) the units into the 21st century with a spa like bathroom, a wood like tile floor (it feels like wood and is warm not cold like tile) and all brand new appliances! There are a 60" (family/living room area) and a 48" in the bedroom, both of which are smart Tv's. BTW we were upgraded to this elite room ... Read more
