"My family and I like this hotel. We were recommended it by our friend who is going there every year. The hotel is beautiful as the beach too. The staff was friendly, room cleeaned, however housekeeping is so-so...( if we complain about it they would take care of it) , and 'yes' everything is VERY expensive (food and entertainment). Over all we enjoyed our time there and will back there as well will recommend our friends and others."

"The hotel is very beautiful & well maintained. The staff was extremely nice & responded quickly to any of our requests, including changing out the refridgerator in our room. However, it was ridiculously expensive for everything there. Our first meal, my wife & I split a burger & fries, I had a beer, she had a diet Coke.....$35. No refills on the drinks, $3 waters, $26 for breakfast, $50 for two beach chairs & a cabana, no free shuttle. In addition, the people that visit Hollywood Beach are not friendly whatsoever. Almost everyone there seemed to be from outside the country or the New York/Jersey/Philly area. Guests were extremely rude & let their kids run wild, including jumping from the top pool into the lower pool. I will never visit this area again."
