Check-in was quick and easy. Dining recommendations were spot on. Overall, kudos on the customer service in the 2 nights I stayed there. The bed and sofa were comfortable and I like that the TV channel lineup had a great selection. Housekeeping could use some work. There was toothpaste residue at the back of the sink which was kind of gross and the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed which tells me they have the wrong size sheets. Both things are easily remedied. I would definitely stay here a... Read more

Air unit we just couldn't figure it out. On AC it wouldn't come on so we left it on fan only mode which made it quite noisy all night and too warm. Pull out sofa in our suite was HORRIBLE. Our UF student son frequently will spend the night with us to give us more time together but this sleeper sofa was so bad we drove him back to his apartment to sleep.Shower was good. Breakfast (for a fee) was good too. Much better than the free meals some chains give away. King mattress was typical of a mid pr... Read more

This place costs some dollars -- almost twice what it costs for a nicer room on the sand in Daytona. Everything is extra -- no free breakfast. The room was clean, but small and the air conditioning unit was extra loud. I really expected more for the money and was disappointed.

Pros: - The location is nice. It's just off I-75, is tucked back just enough that there's not much noise from the main roads. Plenty of dining options are walkable - if not a very short drive/Uber ride away. - The lobby has been modernized as many couryards are and their dining area/coffee shop are nice. - Room was clean, about average sized and the bed was comfortable enough (not really memorable either way). Cons: - While the lobby has been updated, the rooms still need it badly. I proba... Read more

Close to highway .In house restaraunt .Also close to many restaraunts. Clean ,comfy beds,pillows,sheets..Very appealing when you open the door. Plus ,check in staff amazing. At check in a small but well stocked little food bar. For late check ins it is ideal. It also has a microwave.

We were in town for FSU-UF super regional baseball game, hotel was convenient to stadium and restaurants. Our 2 room suite had plenty of space for family to gather and separate bedroom allowed for one couple and extra person to stay in same room. Housekeeping personnel very accommodating. Hotel located close to I-75 and Archer Road but didn't notice any road noise. We were up late due to weather delay at game, so it was annoying to be awakened by dumpster being emptied at 6:15am and delivery tru... Read more

We had a reservation here but arrived after the cancellation deadline. We wanted to put some more miles on and asked not to be charged. The manager was very accommodating and we continued on our way. Also, it looked like a very nice Courtyard with a central location.

We stayed here on our way to Disney. We arrived late-after midnight. Room was clean. Only negative was that reservation showed they would have pack and play for our 1yo and when we arrived the attendant could not find it. So we had to improvise with pillows on the floor since we had 5 people and two beds. We used the chaise cushions and pillows for our little one for fear of her falling off a bed. Luckily, when we got to Disney they had plenty of pack and plays.

Location was excellent...very convenient to I 75, UF, shopping, restaurants, etc. Latavia at front desk very nice and welcoming at check in. Rooms were clean and housekeeping pleasant. Amenities were available (fitness center, outdoor pool, and Bistro?) but did not use. TV and cable fully functioning as was the little refrigerator hidden away. However we found the beds small and somewhat uncomfortable. Also noise from other rooms while at first entertaining became distracting. And free "... Read more

Not bad, room was clean and ac worked well during the 99 degree weather. Hotel is well kept, but a $169 per night, it was just average. Staff was friendly. The hotel is off of the main road and a little hard to find. More like a 100-125 per night place.

We stayed 2 nights to attend a retirement party. It was convenient to the highway; but very noisy. The saving grace was that the traffic died down in the late evening and overnight and so allowed us to get some rest. The room was updated and clean. However the outside of the building and area needs sprucing up. It is a dismal entrance to the hotel.

I arrived at this hotel after a 6 hour drive from Miami and a three hour Dorm move in. The reservation was for three persons in a King plus sofa bed room. I requested any room with the exception of Ground floor. The check in staff said that the only room available was a ground floor room and I was too tired to argue, took the keys and went to our room. I got there to discover it was king room, no sofa bed. I went back to the front desk and was very casually told that this was the only room ava... Read more

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we felt welcomed! The front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was immaculate with new linens and furnishings. The bathroom was very clean and nicely updated. We travel a good deal and have stayed at all sorts of places, and I can honestly say that this hotel is a terrific one, all the way around!

Unfriendly front desk greeting. No points gifts offered not even a friendly hello welcoming us after very long night of travel. I got more of can't be bothered feeling, here's your key now get off to your room. GM tells me "it's the system that was down."the reason I received poor service. I guess like the broken elevator and the vacuums that clean hallway floors...all out of order. I would say the brain and mouth functioning together of the front desk personnel was in poor working order as well... Read more

As usual, the rooms and property were clean, but I am seeing more tired Marriott properties. Carpeting and furnishings appear to be dated. Although the carpeting did not need to be replaced from wear and tear. the patterns and colors needed to be addressed.
