I loved this resort. It's located in the perfect place: a few meters from Publix, close to the night life but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The rooms are adorable, kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook. There are a lot of details which make your stay perfect: a complimentary bag with the hotel logo, water bottles with a nice design, towels arranged in a beatiful manner. There are barbecues and tables and chairs in front of the beach for anyone to use them, free coffee and limon... Read more

Place was great. We stayed in the penthouse the maid service was excellent. Dishes were drone for us every day. Had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony that wrapped all the way around the room. Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Living room was comfortable tv was limited but we didn't go to the ocean to watch tv. Kitchen had everything we needed. Amenities in the lobby were always attended to. Overall property is fine for the category. unfortunately the customer care is bad. Our debitcard was charged with usd 150.00 ( not blocked!) after our request via e mail and phone to credit back the amount still no reaction after 3 weeks! On the webpage they ensure to reply your emails within 48h, but that's not the case. They just don't care! Very disappointing! We finally contacted the card company which helped us.

I don't think it's worth the price personally. The rooms are clean, but very small. The bathroom is almost a closet. The pool for families is small as well and 6'9 I think is a little deep for a family pool. You can rent beach chairs, but the beach wasn't crowded enough to need to do that. Our DVD player didn't work and no one came to fix it. The rooms are decorated ok nothing fancy. It's clean , the beds are comfortable, but I really don't think the room even being beach front that is of this s... Read more

We had a wonderful time here. The room was gorgeous, it had a kitchenette, a table, sofa area, and two beds and it was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. When you walk out of your room, the beach is right there. We're definitely returning whenever we travel back to this area! Why look for another place when we found the best?

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. The resort is away from all the traffic and construction so it is quiet. The resort has a separate pool for adults which is great. The room was identified as beach view and it was true to the name. We had a balcony that overlooked the adult pool and looked directly to the beach. The room has a nice little kitchenette that was great for breakfast and lunch. The one thing that was a little confusing a... Read more

Stayed 2 nights at the SP before I had to move over to the Pink Shell. The facility was over-run with a family reunion and under-staffed. My room was not ready when I arrived and I got no call from the front desk when it was. I had to wait in a line 4 to 5 deep each time I needed something as the front desk was so poorly staffed. They do not have someone at the desk 24 hours so for early check out you need to track down a security guard. Just a really poor operation. The room itself was da... Read more

Room was very nice. Tim at the front desk was wonderful. Our flight got in late and he stuck around to help us check in. Very friendly. The resort was very pretty. But we were mainly on Sanibel Island the whole time. So this year we will be staying on the island the whole time.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location was so close to the beach, we could easily see the dophins in the water. Beautiful view of the sunsets. Would suggest a water front room on the 2nd or 3rd level for the view. No elevators so be prepared to walk the stairs to carry your luggage. The room had all that you need but felt a little cramped with 2 queen beds. Just too much furniture for the space. The kitchenette was fine but don't expect to be able to cook much. Very nice, clea... Read more

We stayed 4 nights June 30 to July 4th. This is a very clean facility. We liked our room overlooking the adult pool and we indeed had a beach view. Front desk staff was very nice and gave us a lot of their time to chat. We met Angel, Michelle and Ezekielle... all of them went above and beyond to make us happy. The beach is not as clean as we had hoped for. The sand is beautiful, however lots of seaweed and the water is not blue, It is like a lake until you get out pretty far. We heard ... Read more

Second year in a row to go to this motel. This is something we never do. We were as impressed the second year as we were the first. The rooms are so clean. The pools are very nice and clean. Everyone is so helpful. Located on the beach and plenty parking. They give you towels to take to the pool or beach and this is great. Can rent jet skies on the beach and take dolphin tours from the beach in front of the hotel.

My dtr and I took a quick 3-nite getaway to Ft Myers Beach, and really enjoyed this hotel. Upgraded to an oceanview next to adult pool, which was a nice surprise. Great beachfront location, with water sports, beach chairs and umbrellas available right there. The co. has a nice $15 deal for chairs/umbrella for hotel guests. This place is well south of the busier, and frankly "tackier", Ft Myers Beach proper. Our king-bedded room was very clean, the furnishings modern West Indian feel and design. ... Read more

My husband and I stayed here with my 9 year old grandson for 4 nights. I chose this resort for lodging because my husband likes "old style Florida" and it was right on the beach. It was better than we anticipated. It is truly right on the beach, you walk from the pool deck through the gate onto the beach. The facilities have obviously been updated and are very well kept. The entire area was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. We stayed in one of the poolside rooms with the sliding... Read more

After checking reviews I decided to give this place a shot. It's a nice location right on the beach. I'm not big on yellow, but the bright yellow color gives it the beach feel. Check in is a bit slow. There is no restaurant or bar so you need to drive or uber.

We've stayed here many times, it's great! It's far enough down the beach that you avoid the craziness and it's an easy drive to Bonita for great food and shopping. The rooms are clean and you don't have to worry about keeping track of your room key because they give you a silicone wrist band that allows you access to your room and the pool. Bonus, you can take it off for sleeping.
