"Excellent hotel and location. Clean, decently priced, free on-premises parking, accommodating staff. Dishwasher and kitchenette came in handy with our little one, hotel was even able to provide both the crib and a high chair.

The only negative thing I can think of is that while they advertise and give the impression that the property is virtually smoke free - it's not exactly the case. On more than once occasion we had to leave the balcony because of neighboring smokers. Same is true at the pool(s) - someone usually had a cig or two lit-up. I can manage but I really don't feel like exposing my little one to it, esp if it involves playing musical chairs in an effort to avoid smokers."

"Well, I really don't know where to start. Diamondhead Beach Resort and Spa had something for all of us. Every aspect of our stay there was awesome. Loved the location, centrally located to EVERYTHING! Staff was unbelievable, knowledgeable, friendly and happy! The only thing is the sofa should be a queen size bed. I have 2 grown sons, and that was disappointing for them to share, being a full size mattress. Oh and one more thing, the king size bed in the bedroom was hard as a rock. But, we had sun and fun and walked to restaurants, shopping, bars. The Shrimp Fest Parade was fun. The pool and hot tubs were clean and warm. It just made you so comfortable to be there. Clean, casual atmosphere, and great food. Thanks again Diamondhead Beach Resort and Spa."
