"When checking in the Front desk person was very nice, friendly and professional. I can not say enough good things about him. The door men and luggage assistants were absolutely horrible. They were never willing to help, the front desk person stated that Robert would help us with our luggage and he ignored him, and did not even point us in the right direction. We actually went to the 14th floor and we were in the wrong tower. I witnessed him making crude comments to some young girls on another occassion and neglecting his duties yet again. The Concierge team did help when asked, but a couple of them acted like you were wasting their time. My grandchildren loved the pool. Housekeeping was wonderful, the wait staff at the pool bar were very good also. The overall trip was great, but a couple of staff members made us feel less than welcome. The Resort was top notch, and I would recommend it due to the location, amenities, and cleanliness."
