"The Forum was nice. The staff was polite and the rooms were large. They where however not up to 'hotel standard clean'. They weren't dirty by any means but I never got the immaculate feeling that I get at most hotels. Honestly the only two downsides was that my room didn't get cleaned during the stay and the showers were EXTREMELY small, but hey for $55 bucks a night it was awesome."

"This place was not at ALL what we thought it would be. It is a Christian Mission organization, and it's just plain weird. Every floor is locked so that only people staying on that floor can get to it. My father in law was on a different floor so it was a pain for him to come visit us. In addition, they request no drinking in the rooms, so we couldn't even have a glass of wine. The staff are inefficient at best. When we arrived it took 45 minutes to get checked in, with no apologies. When we finally went up, our room wasn't ready. The room we were moved to was dark, stark, and depressing. The shower was a tiny little stall and we couldn't get a consistent temperature. And though they say minutes to the beach, they must mean 45 minutes. It's not close. When we asked to be checked out, we were put on hold twice and then got sent to voicemail, and never got a callback. The manager was nice in person, but we still had to pay for an extra night (we checked out 1 day into the reservation) and we may not get credited back by bookit.com. They should advertise that the are a Christian retreat center, not a hotel for the general public."
