"I had an awesome experience with my travel to Sheraton Beach Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Even though the hotel is an older hotel, the rooms were clean, the service was great and the staff very friendly. If you are vacationing and are spending that much time in your room and not seeing the beach and wonderful sites, you need to go somewhere else. The Sheraton is in a wonderful location and you can just jump on a trolley for .50 and visit the shops, resturants and drinking establishments on down the strip. Had an extremely good time and have to give credit to the staff there that was always helpful and nice from the towel guys to Will the Concierge. I would definitely go back to the Sheraton and would recommend it to anyone. Good experience."

"IT WAS JULY 4TH THE DAY I CHOOSE TO CHECK IN SO YES IT WAS CRAZY THEY ONLY ALLOWED 1 CAR PER ROOM TO PARK AT THE HOTEL IF YOU HAD ANOTHER CAR WHICH I DID YOU HAD TO PARK ELSE WHERE ( I PAID $50.00 AT ANOTHER HOTEL TO JUST PARK MY CAR FOR 1 NIGHT HOLIDAY) THEY OVER CHARGE PEOPLE ON THAT DAY. CHECK IN WAS CRAZY ROOMS NOT AVAILABLE AT TIME OF CHECK IN THEY GOT MY CELL# TO CALL ME ONCE THE ROOM WAS READY I HAD TO CALL THEM THREE TIMES STILL NOTHING AVAILABLE FINALLY I CALLED THE 4TH TIME AND THE CLERK SAID OH YES THEY JUST FINISHED CLEANING YOUR ROOM YOU CAN CHECK IN NOW. STAYED IN ROOM 283 FACING ALOT OF PALM TRESS FACING THE CITY. THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE,CLEAN,SMELLED LIKE ORANGES. DURING THE DAY WENT WALKING TO EAT AT THE OASIS RESTAURANT THE FOOD WAS GOOD, HUNG OUT AT THE POOL & BEACH DRINKS AT THE POOL BAR PRICE NOT BAD 3 MARGARITAS FOR $19.00 THEN AT NIGHT YOU CAN SEE THE FIREWORKS FROM A PRETTY FAR DISTANCE THEN AFTER THE FIREWORKS WENT TO LAS OLAS WALKING ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES WENT TO THE RAW BAR HAD AN AWESOME TIME, THEY HAVE 2 FOR 1 MARGARITAS THERE THESES HUGE GLASS 2 FOR $22.00 THEY ALSO HAVE FOR FREE INDOORS LIVE DJ AND DANCE FLOOR OPEN TILL 4AM CRAZY IT WAS AWESOME. THE HOTEL WAS VERY VERY CLEAN I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS ALL GO THERE"

"We booked two rooms for our trip and we ask for adjorning rooms. I called 5 days before our trip and made sure that we would get adjorning rooms. Customer service said ok she would make sure that was entered into our information. I called the morning of the day we were to check in and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone came back to me and then again I ask to make sure we would get adjorning room, again I was reassure it would be. When we arrive to check in, the customer service person told me none adjorning room were available and that no notes were made about us requesting adjorning rooms. The front desk lady ask me who did I talk to, I told her I didn't know her name and didn't think I should have to remember the person name that was taking my resevation at a hotel brand that said they excel in service. Then she said I could check back in the morning and there could be adjorning room available. Next morning I came down very early and ask to see if adjorning room was available and she told me none was she said that no rooms that we ask for was availabe for the rest of our trip. I was not happy that I got up early to go down and check because the previous day the front desk person told me that there could be. The bathroom is so smal you can't fit 2 people in there, the door to the bathroom got stuck all the time. There is no sink space to put your things on. The outdoor furntures were very old and shabby looking. The AC is very weak. When we check out, they mixed up the credit card we gave them for the two rooms. I ask for them to print out the bill for both rooms and the front desk person was rude about it. I mention that they mix up the cards at check-in and the front desk person had the nerve to tell me she didn't check us in while in fact she did help check us in."
