This place is AWFUL!! We were somewhat scammed to stay in this hotel as part of a time share promotion. The hotel package included free meals which we were only given vouchers for two guests and there were three of us. When we asked about this, we were told that was the policy and we were out of luck. The food was horrible, really horrible. The rooms were dated and dirty and the air was heavy with cheap perfumed air freshener and what made it worse was one could not open the windows to let in any... Read more

The first room we were checked into had a loud banging sound. We went to the front desk and they changed our room which was much better. We were disappointed with the loudness at night. It was hard to sleep with all the noise in the halls. Either make the walls thicker or make sure your employees quiete the halls at night to allow guests to sleep. Overall we had a good time. The pool was wonderful, and the garden was gorgeous. I would also add that for breakfast there should decaf available with... Read more

The 1st room that we were given smelled like urine I requested to move immediately. The second room that was provided had a fan blowing in the direction of the entry door which indicated that the carpet was wet at some point. The room was decent but what nobody told me was that there was a pre-existing leak under the bathroom sink. As a result, I placed a towel in the cabinet under the sink... But I noticed that the running bathroom sink water had a yellowish color. I checked out the next morni... Read more

Stayed here before departing to Grand Celebration cruise to Bahamas. The food was not good. My family and I all got stomach aches right after eating dinner. Therefore we did not use any of the remaining dining vouchers we received (from the cruise line/booking agency) for breakfast, lunch or dinner there. The tv in the room did not work properly. It kept freezing and lagging so we were not able to watch the football game. The bathroom was not very clean.

This was a good value hotel with a very nice pool area. The breakfast was more than I expected for the price. Again a good value with many extra comforts. The pool area also had a hot tub. I woke up early and while I was down at the desk they offered to brew a fresh cup of coffee. They went out of there way and for a great rate.
