"We would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I am including the disappointing points here below:

1. It was very disorganized. During our stay every time we need to talk tot hem, there was a different guy and each guy said he is not the in charge. We never get to know who is in charge and who should we talk to.

2. When we get there, the guy who attended didn't know about our reservation, asked us a favor and gave us the room which was available and told us we can get it changed tomorrow. It never happened as every time there was a different guy with no knowledge.

3. Biggest ripoff was that we asked a lady who was there if we can go to the beach and check out 2hrs later. She said thats fine, not a problem. When we came back a guy started shouting and said he will charge us for one more night. He said he is the son of the owner and on request that I want to talk to Owner he dialed up to his dad. His dad was also shouting on the phone and didn't even want to talk to me.

4. Every day we had to ask for towels and they were not cleaning the rooms and replacing toiletries every day.

I would strongly recommend not staying there.

"Great deal so close to the beach. My friend loved it so much, we booked another 4 days. Although an older hotel, there is no mold odor, It is clean and the owners stay on top of the pool area, etc. The housekeeper is great and very accommodating. A real sweet lady who makes you feel at home. The only problem was the parking; the spots are very close together and it is safer if you back-in due to the traffic on AIA. I would definitely book this place again. We had a full kitchen and I expected a microwave and a compact refrigerator with maybe a hotplate. It was like a little home away from home. Even a BBQ with tables outside with umbrellas."

"The owner was accommodating with our early arrival. Wifi didn't work. Room was clean but refrigerator didn't work and room had double front doors with only blinds on it with a light that was on at night right outside no need for a nightlight . It made it really hard to sleep. Noisy air conditioner would not stay there again but then again you get what you pay for."
