The Lauderdale Beachside Hotel offers 149 air-conditioned guestrooms. Although the view from the rooms may vary from one building to the other, the accommodations in each building offer the same impressive array of features. All accommodations have balconies. The Restaurant Venue and Lounge are closed until further notice, but there are some great restaurants in the area. May we suggest a few? "Do not stay in this hotel there are no services the place is falling apart and nothing is done to fix any problem each room has its unique problems the bathrooms are disgusting locks don't work sliding doors don't work paint peeling rust spots all over elevators break pool not maintained well any outsider can use the pool and sit on the deck taking chairs away from paying customers if you're lucky enough to get a towel it is paper thin and stained don't believe the photos they're old"

"Need I say more!!!! this place is dingy to say the least ..Looks great on the reviews and pics but this is not the reality ..It is so bad I felt sorry for the girl that work the front desk .The manager is somewhere else .Nothing works in the place ,its dirty ,smells like old laundry ,the internet and phone lines have issues ,tiki bar closed .OH DID I SAY THERE ARE BED BUGS !!! ruined our vacation and not even an i'm sorry from the manager ,kind of like it was the normal to him ,,Spend the extra few bucks and stay anywhere else !!!! Anywhere ..Trust me on this people ..I'm a regular person like the rest of you .."

"wow first its not like what it says on the web when i check in they gave me a room ,n the room was ocupy, i when talk to the clerk he gave me another room this time on the 3 floor n the room was aslo ocupy then he gives me another room by the beach wich was ok but the room smell i was tired so i stay in the room, also the room had holes on the wall the towels had stain the carpet was dirty the sofa bed had food, and when we when to sleep we had ants on the bed on the floor i would never recomend anyone i would rather pay more have a good sleep know that my things are safe in the room i was a supervisor for 20 years i think this was the most nasty room i think the supervisor their its not doing the job of checking rooms would never stay their even if i didnt had to pay i took pictures of the room nasty 1 true 10 not even a onezero"
