"I had to come to FL to aid some support to a family member, that wasn't a pleasure trip...so, i arrived at the hotel one person working at the front desk, i checked in and was given a room outside the hotel with a map. I got lost couldnt find the room, the area was dark and no one was near, i was scared for the first time in my life, i am here and not one person to ask where i was. it took me 20 min to find my room. Once at my room, i knew there was no way i am going to sleep like 1/2 mile from the hotel in the middle of no where!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called and was offered another room in the tower building...no here come my next headache, for the next 5 days, each day the maid forgot to replace things, she left dirty sheet on my room floor, pillow on the chair, radio on and so all the lights. next day my robe wasn't replaced, i was short 4 towels, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, my next day i spilled coffee and it went on the bed skirt and the sheets, that wasn't replaced. Well, i would leave my room early am and return around 9pm so i was practically at the hospital all day, i complained about it at the front desk and that was it nothing was said or done, i complaint about it again the night before i checked out...............and was told: you can talk to the manager tomorrow! well, for a first timer is NOT GOOD FOR THE HOTEL. i attempted to call the front desk manager and complain about the LOUSY maid service i had for all 4 day's and was told to call tomorrow. NOW this is what i want to say to MANAGEMENT..where are you people, the hotel manager???
i would love to come down and show them how to run a hotel and get the highest rating for the hotel starting with the FRONT DESK-MAIDS!"
