We arrived back from Spain and where too tired to drive back to Orlando we always stay at the Hyatt anywhere we go so we looked for the closest one it was very nice and got a a great king size bed. The view of the marina was very relaxing. I did not like the actual bathroom it was a little out of date another thing was the blinds let so much light in I would have preferred curtains . Overall very very pleased with our stay

Eric from the pool bar made our first vacation well worth the drive. He is a very charismatic bartender who made us feel like we've been friends for a lifetime. Caroline was an awesome server as well. Her smile just lights up the place. We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends and family!

This was a one night pre-cruise stay that started out as a horrible mistake but ended up as a wonderful all around experience. Our first rooms were in an old part that was so awful I was speechless. I called the front desk and we upgraded both rooms for $40 to their tower which is what you see in all their pictures. These rooms were great. 10th floor. Great view. Everything else about our stay was perfect. Great food and service. Just wish I had skipped the first hike to the worst rooms I have e... Read more

Today I called the hotel, and told the concierge that I wanted to give a honeymoon surprise to my cousin and her husband, who are staying there since Saturday. I asked that they deliver champagne and strawberries tonight. The concierge was delighted to provide this service, and he mentioned that he would do it with my name and my husband's name on it and a pretty note; but he would not charge me because it's their honeymoon. I think that's amazingly kind! THANK YOU! :)

To start I would like to stay the staff and wedding coordinators are really nice. The reason why I gave the hotel a poor review is because the wedding block was a mess. No one in the wedding party was close to each other and the reason why was because most of us had to be moved around the hotel because the majority of the bottom floors of the marina and pool view had mold. The mold was so bad that after 20 minutes of being in the room chest got congested and some of us couldn't even breath. Even... Read more

We stayed at the Hyatt with our grandsons. Reception was smooth and the hotel is very, very nice. We were on the water(second floor) with a view of the yachts. The pool area is beautiful. Unfortunately our grandsons Speedo goggles were taken....2 pair. The pool staff is great: Ronald; Ken; Jim, Gary. Big Thumbs Up. The location is very good. We walked over the bridge to the Water Taxi. I would stay again....but would watch my property.

Pillows had make-up marks. AC vent had dusts of several years accumulation. So is the room ceiling. Bathroom mirror had finger drawn letters by previous guests. Balcony wall had a big hole. Top of curtains was dusty.
