Walkable location for FTL Convention Center. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking on site is free. Walk to many Restaurants. Standard continental breakfast. Wifi was a little slow. As an IHG Rewards member my wifi is always free

I stayed here this past weekend. It wasn't a bad budget motel excpet ofr two things. 1) the a/c system in the room had a moldy smell and the person I was rooming with for the trip had sinus trouble due to it. 2) I was there for an event at the Conventino Center. The first night we stayed I plugged my iSound 16,000 mAh power bank into the wall to charge up. The next morning I forgot it on the bed as I went to the venue. Instead of going back for it, I went to Walgreens and got a cheap wall plug ... Read more

Good location & convenient restaurants nearby convention center. Breakfast choices were varied, replenished quickly and very good. The managers were always friendly, helpful and quick to troubleshoot any problems one might encounter. Our room were comfortable & cleaned daily. This Holiday Inn Express entire staff seems to handle a large volume of vacation cruise visitors and are efficient, professional, & friendly! It made my business convention trip very pleasant!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It's my go to place while in town on business. The location is great, rates reasonable and free decent breakfast included. No, it's not Ritz luxury but it's just right for me. I did notice this trip that it is showing its age a bit now but still quite decent.

I wanted some place that was close to where I needed to be for a function and this hotel was in the perfect location but I was disappointed at the aesthetics of the building. Why would you leave repair work neglected especially if it??s in the vicinity of the guest rooms? The last thing I thought I should be seeing is bundo (the white stuff) and construction tape in what is supposed to be a high rating hotel. I was disappointed. I would give credit for the buffet breakfast but that lady servici... Read more

We came here to wait for a cruise and to recover from jet lag before we went. The hotel is very clean and the service was great. It's easy to get around so we could see the sights in the area. They are a short walk to the Water Taxi and we could also get on the Sun Trolley after a short walk as well. There are many places to eat nearby as well.

We stayed here before our most recent cruise. The hotel was very clean and the front desk workers were very helpful in recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within a very short walking distance of the hotel. Although there is not a pool onsite, they will shuttle you to their sister hotel which is just up the road. This hotel also had a nice breakfast buffet, included in the stay.

My stay here was less than satisfactory. The lobby was the nicest area in the entire hotel. The hallway to the room was dingy and in the process of being painted.. The room was fine but not clean to my standards. (High standards) At this point, I would have given this hotel a satisfactory rating on TripAdvisor. However, the kitchen help, Trudy I believe, refused to give me a piece of fruit for the road because it was before "Breakfast Hours." The lights were on, I was a paying guest and every ot... Well-maintained property. Convenient to the convention center, airport and cruise port. Several restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Willing to accommodate our request for a late check out and allowed us to stay in the lobby after we checked out while our flat tire on the car was being fixed. Will stay there again.

Ft Lauderdale's best kept secret. This is across the street from the Convention Center & walking distance from several restaurants, grocery stores & pharmacies. If you walk past the Convention Center & under the draw bridge, there's a park where the Miami ferries dock that is a fishing spot.

From the shuttle driver to the front desk attendant the customer service has been incredible. The shuttle driver worked hard to fit us in the shuttle after seeing that I was having problems (health related) in the heat waiting. The front desk clerk got us checked in quickly.
