My partner, Daughter and I stayed at this property last weekend. It's located in the central Galleria area of Fort Lauderdale. One of the few hotels on the intercoastal, it has a great view and access to the beach and many restaurants. We had a two bedroom suite and it was comfortable. The disappointing part of the hotel was food and beverage. Even though it has a great view of the intercoastal, somehow the bar area and the restaurant area seemed under utilized with average food, drinks and serv... Read more

when you think of Ft. Lauderdale, you think of sunshine - that was not the case during my week of business meetings. The good news was a beautiful hotel with great employees and exceptional service. Thank you double tree. (A word to the wise, if you don't have Hilton status, the breakfast buffet is unusually expensive, and disappointing - although, again the staff is great.)

Once again, We had a great stay here. The front desk is always great, professional and greeted me as a HHonors member. I usually stay here at least couple times a year because of it's great location and the ease of the water taxi pick up. After a night of dinner and drinks we came back to our room to a bottle of wine and nice note that Claudio who brought it up for our anniversary. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast over looking the intercoastal waterway, followed by laying out by th... Read more

Location is great! Walked to Seasons 52 restaurant for dinner at the shopping complex, 2 blocks. Then walked to Publix for last minute cruise needs. So easy! Property was clean and friendly staff, room ready at check-in. Perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. View of pool area/parking lot. didn't come for view so who cares. Kitchen unit clean and maintained. Bar area small and quaint. I read the complaints about musty smell and had to laugh. Any hotel in Florida near water with carpeted floors has this ... Read more

So let me start by saying that I stayed here twice in one week. We took a seven day cruise and stayed here one day prior to and one day after our cruise. And with that being said it felt like we stayed at two different hotels. The stay prior to our cruise was great. Room was beautiful, clean and the staff was great. We had the biggest room in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The stay the day after our cruise was an entirely different story. The staff was not very welcoming, the room wasn... Read more

With a HUGE, empty parking lot they only let you valet park your car for $30 a day, breakfast is $22, the room was average and the maid left the top sheet on my bed (in case I wanted to put it on myself, I guess). The hotel sends you texts every day rather than just asking how your stay was...dreadful. The beach is right over the bridge and that was great, but I will not be back. P.S. there were bugs in the room...ugh!

I was very pleased with the hotel rooms. Very large suites with living room and kitchenette. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were entitled to free internet and could not be connected to the hotel network despite repeated calls to the front desk. The following morning it was explained that there was no one at the hotel the night before to reset the router. We were pleased that we were given a credit on our room rate. The only other complaint was that the carpet in the public ha... Read more

This facility can not handle 2 family reunions at the same time. A lot of our rooms were given to the other party. I did not receive what Hilton reward members usually receives. I had to ask for it. As well as the room door getting stuck on several occasions. I would like to add the person working at the coffee stand made our smoothies licked her fingers as she wiped off the access of smoothie prior to pouring our drinks.
