"A simple inn in a perfect location. Not reccomended if you are high maintenence, but if you are looking for a simple room located right on the beach for a good price this is excellent. Book a room with the KING SIZE bed- our room had 2 tables, a microwave, a fridge and a stove top. We had a small table and 2 chairs right outside our room as well.
Paint was chipping a bit but the beds were clean.
PERFECT location. About 15 steps to the beach. Starbux on the corner. Shops, CVS, bars and restaurants within a couple blocks.
If your goal is to stay IN a LOT over your stay, do not book here. If your goal is to spend time OUTSIDE in the sun and you just need a simple place to stay i would absolutely recommend this."

"I do not recommend to my worst enemy. It is the worse hotel than I have visited in my life. The service is very bad, all the area of the hotel was dirty, the room that they gave us we had to hope to that they cleaned it by around 1 hour even though that entered to him is to 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and when we entered her was a disaster, the cleaning was horrible, with bad scent and the dirty carpet but podia not to be like the bath and in very badly been. The noise and those of the other rooms are heard as if they will be within yours. Piscine and all its area was dirty and the BBQ but oxidized and but broken podia not to be. We rented by three nights and single we passed one, because we cancelled by the bad conditions. They do not guide by the photos of them Web site that promotes it because it seems that all was taken when it has been seeming back that it was a good hotel, for many years. If this could give a qualification of the 1 to the 10 my qualification was -10 by bad one which. She is one hurts because the location that it in front of has the beach is very good but just by this cannot be vacation. Thanks."

"This hotel is nothing like the pictures on the site! This hotel is dirty, not enough towels or wash cloths. Nobody comes to clean the rooms. There are no basic house keepers. This hotel is just nasty! The only good thing about this Hotel is the location which is across the street from the beach! Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel next door is clean."
