Room was ok my tv didnt work no radio, the staff was nice. They were going to switch my room but they were booked. So i ended leaving 6 hours early because just to watch the tv inside the airport. Not a bad hotel just bad experience.

My husband and I stopped into the hotel around 11 in hopes of checking in early, check in time is normally 3. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and were happy to check us in early. I was stranded at the Miami airport due to a delayed and subsequent missed flight. It was late and I had been traveling about 12 hours. I had several rooms under my name which was just easier booking it this way. Orlando and Jose were more than helpful and very friendly. Thanks for the great customer service, gentlemen! I highly recommend the Hampton Inn - Airport West. The hotel was very clean and properly stocked with supplies and personal care items. Got two rooms under one name as easier that way. Check in was easy, Orlando and Jose were excellent. We had packages sent to the hotel and they had them ready for us - though we had lost one they let us look through the pile in the back - brilliant, and we found it. The staff did their best...I received a choice of free refreshments as a hhonors member. The breakfast choice was also really good. The charm of this hotel stops there though! The rooms were renovated in design but they ignored the mattresses or chose the cheapest felt like the 80+ year old bed at my grandmother's house. So much give...unbelievable sagging. Could not check in early, even offering to pay. Room was decent, it if weren't for the carpet it would have been great. Carpet was dirty and felt dirty. Internet was great, breakfast was great but after I got home I learned there was a $50 "pending" charge for incidentals that I never used. At times people were helpful and knowledgeable. However, there were more times when there was misinformation and unfriendliness. At breakfast, people had to wait for food and the area was not cleaned often. The bed was very comfy!

As a Hilton Hhonors member for over 30 years there are given expectation at each of the brands. I was at this Hampton location for two nights and must admit that it was a really nice hotel. The service staff were just tops in all areas where I had dealing with them. I just felt very welcomed there just by being there . It was awesome .

Decided to stay here on the outskirts of Miami while visiting overnight as we thought it would be easier for getting around. This is a lovely clean and friendly hotel and is near several eateries. The reception staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We arrived there with family and after a long check in (hotel has plenty of guests due to being close to airport) we went to room and found out that there was cigarette left over in a non smoking room. I stayed here one night on my way to the Shark Valley Everglades Visitorā??s Center, it was one of the closer hotels. The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. Upon check in they gave me a water bottle and powdered lemonade. It hit the spot! The breakfast was great.

This hotel is close to the Miami Airport. Although I did not stay here for that reason. We were in town for a MLB baseball game. It also is located in a spot were you are also easily accessible to University of Miami Hospital and V.A. Hospital. It is also quiet for being close to the airport.

I wanted to stay at a hotel prior to going on a cruise without having to spend a lot of money and near the port with free airport shuttle from the airport. The Hampton Inn was the perfect location. The hotel room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The bathroom was huge with plenty of towels (face, hand & body). Hampton inn Miami airport west is a good hotel to stay at when spending the night in Miami for a flight the following day. The location is a bit far from the airport but the have shuttle service that runs every hour. While traveling to south Florida, I spent two nights at this airport hotel. The hotel is well maintained, has a very pleasant staff and is very close to Miami International Airport. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast buffet is not wonderful but certainly adequate to begin the day. The business center has free computer terminals and the hotel also offers free Wi-fi throughout the property.

The shuttle service was prompt and the front desk was very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with plenty of options. I used the shuttle from the hotel to the Port of Miami. It cost $15 to the port and was well worth it. The hotel staff added my name to the shuttle list and it went smoothly.

We arrived Wednesday night and left for our Cruise on Friday. The shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The staff people were friendly and competent. The room was clean comfortable and in good repair. While this hotel is not a glamorous stop by any means, it's a comfortable and clean room, with helpful staff and a consistently moderately good breakfast. Everything seemed broken from the ice machine (which was still running but no ice) to the bathroom sink being cracked and a fridge that sounded like a horror movie deep breathing. We were visiting a family member in near by hospital who was in PICU. Healthy 12 year old that had anyeresum that caused a massive stroke. Hotel made reason for being much better. This hotel is centrally located but most specifically for the airport. I was here searching for apartments and found the hotel staff to be exceptional. My favorite interaction was with Paola at the front desk. She was interactive and you can tell right away she loves what she does for a living. This is the kind of service I love. Everything went well during my stay. I did forget to mention in room 510 the lamp on the right does not work above the night stand. Great choice!

This hotel never disappoints. Parking is good. Shuttle service is good. Excellent customer service. Close to everything. Friendly staff and prices are good. Offers free long term parking (at least for the moment).

Great customer service and a value for money stay. Clean and professional environment with prompt attention by staff. Convenient location if your business is in this area. Good internet service in room and lobby. Excellent eating options next door.

Hampton is clean and staff is helpful. Appreciate the clean room and quiet hotel. Able to do checkin with out any issues and good food choices right next door. Staff was pleasant and helpful as I arrived.
