"We stayed in 1907,Ak Dunes 2. The room was very clean and well decorated. Our room had 1king and 2 twins. The televisions could stand to be updated to flat screens. Our biggest disappointments were the distance from our condo to the beach. It was more than 550 ft. We had to walk around the side of our bldg., across the parking area of other condos, across the street, then down the stairs to get to the beach. My other complaint was no beach service, it said it was in season and then listed March as one of the months. We had to go to Walmart and purchase chairs to sit in the beach. That was $60 I did not plan on spending. Other than these things our trip was great and the location to restaurants was good, if driving. There are a few places to walk but not many.I"

From Panama City
take 98 West. At the light in front of Silver Sands Factory Stores, turn left onto Scenic Gulf Drive. Turn Right onto Seascape Drive. Ariel Dunes will be straight in front of you.
From Fort Walton Beach
take 98 East. Approximately 8 miles from downtown Destin, turn right onto South Holiday Road. Turn left on Seascape Drive. Ariel Dunes will be in front of you.
