"Well when we got there it was so busy that we couldn't get a dolly to unload our truck. so we had to unload and make several trips from our truck with heavy luggage up 11 floors that we had to wait forever to get in the elevator, when we finally got unloaded the condo was VERY nice so we have NO complaints on it. but what we do have complaints on is, We had to set our alarm for 6:00 am every morning to go down and put up our canopy just so we can get a spot by the water, then we were told that we couldn't use the canopy. we had to RENT an umbrella and chairs. but that was not not going to happen. i wasn't paying for that. The beach area for such a BIG RESORT was soooooo small.. we were cramped in a small space with people on top of people and my kids so were unhappy that they couldn't even build a sand castle it was that crowed. We tolerated the beach with some rude guest that would allow their kids to throw sand on us and put their chairs right in front of me that i couldn't enjoy watching my kids play in the ocean. the SEA WEED was soooooo bad that the resort never picked it up. we asked them if they were going to pick it up like the other hotel guys were doing next to us and they said if we get around to it. REALLY if you get around to it,. we were there for 6 days and the same sea weed was there and if we got a spot on the beach we had to pile it up our self. HORRIBLE experience.. I will NEVER stay there again....i just wish the beach area was bigger and that the other hotels and condos next to us would have allowed us to come over to their beach but they put up caution tape not allowing us to walk over there. they barely had people on their beach. we only had 2 days at the beach until my kids wanted to stay at the pool.. I didn't pay this much money to stay at the pool but they hated the crowded beach. i couldn't wait to get to the beach for a little bit of paradise and it was FAR FROM PARADISE!.

"My visit was great. My condo had all the upgrades which made my visit very pleasent. I wish I would have gotten clear ahead of time about no room service and the amount of the cleaning service fee. Which I didn't have a problem with I just would have been more prepaired. I had to go out and buy some things that I could have packed. I woudl have also budgeted for the cleaning fee as well.
It was my 4 yr olds Birthday vacation and she was very please as were my stepdaughter and niece they really enjoyed themselves. We will come again and would also recommend to a friend."

"Was not happy with my 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for the price I paid. Condo needed updated badly! The couches were filthy! The only way we sat on them was using the sheets for the pull out couch. The drapes in the condo were also filthy! The bathrooms were clean but in need of updating. The bedspread on the king bed was atleast 10 years old and disgusting! There was dust on the ceiling by the airvents that grossed me out. All the appliances in the kitchen were clean but had rust on them in places. Yuck! Time to be replaced especially for the price I paid! Everything I talked about being dirty had stains and spills on them. Loved the location and size of condo, but knowing what other people paid and how nice and updated their condo was makes this trip a little dissappointing. I feel I was taken advantage of."

"Where do I begin....The Tiki hut on the first and only day we ended up staying here was not even open. According to the times it was suppose to be open, when we went to it it was already closed....if it had ever even been open that day I don't know. But it still had 3 hours before it was suppose to close. The outdoor pool was in ok condition but the indoor/outdoor pool was filthy......so bad my kids would not even get in it. Inside pool was full of depris and very cloudy. As far as the condo goes, as soon as I opened the door to the condo I knew this was nothing what I expected. This condo was far from what we anticipated. This condo looked as though nothing had been updated or fixed for many many years. The floors were filthy, under cabinets the particle board was damaged and just disgusting, light cover in kitchen was cracked/busted and hanging on one side, water stains on ceiling, huge dust spot on ceiling by air vent that wasn't clean, air vent on ceiling had mold around it and water condensation, plug in in living room had no plate cover so it was exposed and we had children in the condo, frig was filthy, microwave had rust and pealing inside it was so old, sofa was so broken down there wa no cushion as well as the bed in the bedroom, awful worn out forest freen carpet in bedroom, shower curtain had stains and the floors in the bathroom had a build up around the perimeter and by toilet, small issue but bed had no inviting look at all.....with god awful pink walls and forest green decor. hall way was a bright yellow with chunks out in a couple places, screws in the wall and holes still showing where decor use to hang and it wasn't fixed to look nice and unnoticeable. hole in screen door on balcony, the blanket in the closet to use with the sofabed when we pulled it out had stains on it........with all this being said, We went down to Resort Quest and expressed our concerns and disgust with the fact that something this awful would even be on the market for rental. Thank goodness they were also shocked at the pictures we had taken and brought with us to show them that they moved us to another resort in a much nicer room. We had booked a 1 bedroom 2 bath and we had to settle with a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath......not much of a sacrifice you think but having 4 adults and 2 children not having that extra shower adds quite a bit of time to getting everyone ready. We luckily didn't have to stay in this trash but we also didn't get what we paid for. I am very disappointed in this experience and was a huge inconvenience having to pack up all our belongings, hall them 8 stories down, repack everything back into our Tahoe, move to the new condo, unload the Tahoe again, and back up 12 stories, and get resituated AGAIN!!!! "
