"Where do I begin....The Tiki hut on the first and only day we ended up staying here was not even open. According to the times it was suppose to be open, when we went to it it was already closed....if it had ever even been open that day I don't know. But it still had 3 hours before it was suppose to close. The outdoor pool was in ok condition but the indoor/outdoor pool was filthy......so bad my kids would not even get in it. Inside pool was full of depris and very cloudy. As far as the condo goes, as soon as I opened the door to the condo I knew this was nothing what I expected. This condo was far from what we anticipated. This condo looked as though nothing had been updated or fixed for many many years. The floors were filthy, under cabinets the particle board was damaged and just disgusting, light cover in kitchen was cracked/busted and hanging on one side, water stains on ceiling, huge dust spot on ceiling by air vent that wasn't clean, air vent on ceiling had mold around it and water condensation, plug in in living room had no plate cover so it was exposed and we had children in the condo, frig was filthy, microwave had rust and pealing inside it was so old, sofa was so broken down there wa no cushion as well as the bed in the bedroom, awful worn out forest freen carpet in bedroom, shower curtain had stains and the floors in the bathroom had a build up around the perimeter and by toilet, small issue but bed had no inviting look at all.....with god awful pink walls and forest green decor. hall way was a bright yellow with chunks out in a couple places, screws in the wall and holes still showing where decor use to hang and it wasn't fixed to look nice and unnoticeable. hole in screen door on balcony, the blanket in the closet to use with the sofabed when we pulled it out had stains on it........with all this being said, We went down to Resort Quest and expressed our concerns and disgust with the fact that something this awful would even be on the market for rental. Thank goodness they were also shocked at the pictures we had taken and brought with us to show them that they moved us to another resort in a much nicer room. We had booked a 1 bedroom 2 bath and we had to settle with a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath......not much of a sacrifice you think but having 4 adults and 2 children not having that extra shower adds quite a bit of time to getting everyone ready. We luckily didn't have to stay in this trash but we also didn't get what we paid for. I am very disappointed in this experience and was a huge inconvenience having to pack up all our belongings, hall them 8 stories down, repack everything back into our Tahoe, move to the new condo, unload the Tahoe again, and back up 12 stories, and get resituated AGAIN!!!! "
