"You have to be 25 or older to rent especially on spring break - NOT! There were several units around us full of drunk loud college students. The unit was dirty upon arrival, as in DIRTY. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call them 3 times and they finally sent someout out on the second night, as in it was HOT! The door to the 'gulf view balcony' was sealed shut. We called 3 times about that so we finally took the door knob out the third day so we could go out on the balcony. By the way, the gulf view was totally obstructed by the out house so we saw no gulf view, just restrooms. Finally there is a sign on the door stating NO SMOKING and the room smelled nothing but nasty stale cigarette smoke with cigarette butts in the restroom. I will not stay at the Summer Breeze ever again and I might not ever book with Newman Dailey again."

" Our unit was not what we had expected. The decor and upkeep was not suitable. We were, however, changed to another unit the following day that had what we had requested--king bed, ocean view and updated decor. I would not stay at this particular unit because of the road noise--constant and loud. Of course, it didn't help that we had no sunshine for 12 days except for a few hours only. Our mistake for going to the panhandle area before March."
