Maravilla Resort has the largest private beach in the area—2.5 acres of private pristine beach! This family oriented, relaxed resort is less crowded than the downtown Destin area and is minutes from shopping and restaurants. Maravilla features four “low rise condo buildings” which are more family friendly than “high rises” for small children and seniors. It’s an easy walk to the beachside pool where guests can relax in the sun with views of the Gulf. Guests can also enjoy the other large pool located by the clubhouse. Maravilla offers something for everyone. Amenities include the 2 pools, (1 heated), jacuzzi, clubhouse with exercise room, tennis courts, BBQ grills, shuffleboard and lots of grass area for kids of all ages to play. All units have FREE BEACH SERVICE except unit 1401 which is a 3 bedroom.
