"Make sure you know what floor you are going to be on. I ended up on the first floor ocean front but could not see the ocean. This is the most important part of my vacation to be able to open the sliding glass door and look at the ocean. I was definitely disappointed."

"Our room was just as it was pictured on the website when we booked the trip. The location is great with easy access to any place you wish to go. However, the property is gated and you must have a code to enter. When we arrived we could not get into the property and there was not a call button to contact the office. We called the office phone number posted on the gates, but no one answered and we called several times. We had to just sit in the car outside of the gates until we saw another guest outside of their room and they came down to let us in. The office personnel was just opening up the office for the day at 3pm. Also, we were not informed that you have to supply your own bathroom necessities such as toilet paper. Something that would have been good to know upfront!!"

"This is a great place to stay. It is very family friendly. I had a two bedroom room on the 3rd floor. The room was very nice and clean, and the view is awesome! I would recommend staying here to anyone. This place is on the beach, no walking across the street, or parking hassles. It is also gated, so your car is safe. I would recommend the Huntington by the sea to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."

"We had a great experiance with all the above. Our room was very clean and elegant. The staff was friendly and the beach was perfect (not overcrowded). The only thing we didnt like was that you had to pay extra for internet service and you have to pay extra to wash laundry (same system as using a laundry mat). There is no washer and dryer in the room. Because of the location, cleanliness, and service those minor issues are easily overlooked.

We will definately be back!"
