"Me and some friends were on a weekend trip to Alabama when we decided to come to Destin for the day. We decided we would go to the beach and the next day go shopping. The Embassy Suites was much more than we expected. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are fabulous. We arrived around 3 and happy hour started at 5:30, so by the time we finished unpacking, we went straight to their complimentary happy hour and had the best drinks ever....not watered down or anything. They even had light snacks to eat with the drinks. The next morning we went for the complimentary continental breakfast that was wayyyy more than expected. We ate so much, from your basic breakfast to ihop meals!!! They were serving fresh and made to order omlets and had everything else u could think of for breakfast as well. I hate that we were not there longer bc the hospitality and services were to die for. The beach is directly across the street and easily accessible, and the outlet is literally a block away!!! I will definitely be staying again."

"My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a large bathroom and living room that was separate from the actual bedroom. House Keeping came everyday and provided fresh towels and soaps. The one thing that we loved the most other then direct beach access was the incredible hot breakfast cooked to order and it was free! These rooms are a little dated but the service was exceptional."

"This was my first trip to Destin, FL. I knew the hotel had a good reputation, so I wasn't too worried about the quality of hotel. I was not disappointed. The service was excellent. The free breakfast each morning was superb -- delicious food with numerous selections! It was well organized so everyone in the hotel had a chance to eat with little time waiting in line. Even the evening 'Manager's Reception' -- basically a free Happy Hour -- was a great extra touch. The facility was clean. The decor of the rooms was no frills, but comfortable. Overall, an excellent value for your money."
