Centrally located on Emerald Coast Parkway across the street from the beautiful sugar white beaches and offers FREE Comfort Sunshine Breakfast & coffee, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, gift shop, fitness center, free weekday paper & meeting facilities. Each guest room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Business travelers will appreciate conveniences like free high-speed Internet access in all rooms, data port telephones and access to copy and fax services.

The hotel's convenient location and great amenities make it an ideal place to stay while enjoying the excitement and fun of the Destin area. All of the guest rooms are spacious, large and decorated in a tropical style that goes hand in hand with the atmosphere of the area. The hotel is not directly on the beach, however easy beach access is available across the street at Henderson State Beach Park.

All of the rooms offer the modern amenities that guests have come to expect and desire. Some of the hotel's features are air conditioning, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center and all interior corridors. Each guest room must have at least one adult, 18 years old or older, in order to check in. Extra adult fee at the 3rd person is $10.00 per person/per night.
