"Our stay was great. The view of the Gulf from our room and living room was simply breath taking. Our 6 year old did not want to leave. Check in and out were a breeze. The short walk to the beach was great. A few suggestions- update the sofa bed in the living room. You could feel the springs; maybe have the movie rental kiosk at the Condo,maybe include beach rentals in your package but other than that our stay and trip were awesome."

"We travel to the Destin area every year for the week of July 4 with our family and have been doing so for the past six years. In the past we have stayed at the five star, full service Emerald Grande down by the Destin harbor, but this year we decided to cut back due to our budget and stay in a different location. We were extremely pleased with Ariel Dunes. The location is excellent and close to a lot of restaurants and near the outlet shopping mall. The beach was only a very short walk. The condo was super clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for families who enjoy time on the beach!"

"First thing when we arrived my daughter found a pair of dirty underwear in a dresser drawer. Later my grandaughter found a dirty sock under a chair in the living room. There were really long brunette hairs on the wall of the shower...my husbands hair is grey and mine is very short! When I turned back the covers on the bed in the master bedroom there was something 'stuck' to the underside of the top sheet. It was a piece of a kleenex and I didn't even want to know why it was stuck there! I had to wash the sheets! All the while we were finding this the Resortquest office was calling and 'reminding' me that I needed to pay the 'cleaning' fee! rnAccess to the beach was horrendous. There were three choices: a flight of steps, three flights of steps or the 'ramp.' The ramp was key locked and there was only 'one' key which had to be returned daily. We had a stroller and needed ramp access daily. On the third day someone beat us to the key and we had to carry the stroller down the flight of steps! The bartender on the beach said, 'it shouldn't be that hard to find the person with the key..just look for a wheel chair!' I seriously hope that someone brings a lawsuit on behalf of the handicap b/c of non-access to the beach!rnThen...the pool attendant began telling people with toddlers that 'swim' diapers weren't allowed in the pool and if you were caught with one there was a $1,000 fine! Seriously?! She also added that if the child wasn't potty trained they had no business in the pool anyway!rnHowever, if you were a loud, obnoxious, disrespectful teen with parents who didn't supervise you could stay in the pool half the night screaming, 'marco!' 'polo!' or just plain screaming!!rnThe spa on the first floor was one of the few pleasant experiences there. Slava, the cosmetologist, is very talented and very helpful.rnBut overall? No I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone."

"We stayed at Resortquest Ariel Dunes in Miramar Beach, Fl. It was wonderful, only a 3 minute walk to the beach from our building, convenient to a lot of stores, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Our room was clean, well stocked and very spacious. Check in was very easy and check out was even easier. I would definitely recommend Ariel Dunes to anyone."
