"The only problem I found with the resort was the decor of the rooms and the bathrooms.

"Saw a last minute deal for $99 a night and jumped at the opportunity. My experience was wonderful. There was something to do for the entire family! I took my 2 yr old grandbaby who spent each day in the kiddie area and lazy river, my teenager spent most of her time in the lobby using the internet, and my mom lounged by the pool enjoying the scenery. City Walk Shoppes is right next door and everything else is right across the street! If im able to get another deal, i will definitely go again!"

"We registered for a hotel, but were put in a time share with sales people trying to sell us one.. We travel a lot and have never been put in something like this. The hotel (?) staff said that there was nothing they could do about it. It was prepaid so we had no choice about checking out. The following should explain our additional negativeness toward the Wyndham: 1. Cigarette butts on the deck of a non-smoking room 2. Drains clogged in bathroom sink and tub. Maintenance person came but repaired so it was only HALF clogged. 3. Brown sticky stuff on bedroom door 4. Dirty Kleenex left on floor in bedroom 5. Cockroaches even though we were on the 18th floor 6. Furniture stained 7. When we returned after dinner on Saturday, we were told that parking lot was full and we had to park in a lot across the street. Our parking pass was worth nothing and the parking lot across the street was $16.00. 8. Deck door lock broken 9. Phone did not connect to front desk 10. We had to wash our towels and bed sheets 11. No internet access in the room The so-called Wyndham 'Hotels' will not be considered for any of our travels, in any country, in the future."

"We stayed at Ocean Walk and have just returned home. The last day we were there someone came into our condo and stole money from my husbands wallet as well as my wallet. We reported the incident to security but the facility lacks security cameras so the only thing they could do was have their engineer come up to the room and check the lock to see what cards opened the door the last several times. We were told that only our key and securities key had been used on door that day. We didn.t take our own money so what happened? We will never revisit this facility."

"Upon arrival and entering room the door frame fail off, missing safety molding in room, missing drinking glasses, false cabnet door fail off, after repairs maintance personnal left nails on floor, no AC during two night stay, TV remotes failed to work, everything was closed for being during spring break, pool bar was closed all but 2 hours. Requested managemenr to come to room and he offered to comp one night stay for which upon check out I tried to verify credit and no no or management could verify or confirm credit and only offered a ' I am sorry'. Still no credit or response from hotel"

"If you want a home away from home this is the place for you. Me and my family has stayed in this hotel for 7 years and I plan to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Daytona. I enjoy the pool and beach and the like apartment style hotel. The only downside is that the elevator are kind of slow, but I can wait on an elevator for a comfortable stay."
