"Hotel is in MAJOR need of repair, photos are so photo shopped, felt like it was falling apart around us. Continental breakfast, as others have said, is a joke (cereal, toast, and coffee). Pool was filthy, TV cable was horrible, elevator slow, loud music from the Ocean Deck Restaurant and Bar next door till late in the morning, On our last day, we were checking all the nooks and crannies for our belongings and found a 'bedroom toy' behind the bed. SOOOO GROSSED OUT! Our 2 year old son had been in that room. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"On a recent trip during spring break we wanted to be at a walking distance from the Boardwalk, so that the kids can be independent. If you want your vacation to feel like how the 'Gypsies' live book at the at this Inn. It is in a run down part of the strip. The elevators, bathroom floors and bed spreads were filthy. The bath tub, and bed sheets were clean. The furniture was modern looking but all scratched up....it looked like they bought the furniture from a 4 star hotel that was getting rid of their old stuff. The continental breakfast was ....a joke....they had cheap muffins on Saturday...and the rest of the days.....were I guess not special so it was just Toast and coffee (decent coffee though). The only thing nice was that the Ocean Deck Restaurant is next door. Skip this place.....stay away from the board walk for better hotels in the same price range."

"this hotel is disgusting. the showers and rooms are dirty. there are bugs in the room and nothing works. half of the lights dont turn on, the shower head is broken so you have to take a bath (never sanitary in a hotel), the toilet makes weird noises out of nowhere, the phone doesn't work, the door to your room doesn't close behind you so if your use to it closing behind you(like every normal person should be because every door should) you're in trouble and you room is left open for people to steal whatever they want, you have to literally pull the door shut before leaving the room. If you respect your privacy and want nothing cleaned because you don't want to risk getting your stuff fondled with,don't go here, we put a sign on the door that said 'please don't clean' and when we came back the beds were made and our towels were gone and our luggage was moved. i would definitely not recommend this. the only thing nice about this hotel is the view of the beach. and im pretty sure you can get sick from sleeping on their beds!"

"'We picked this hotel due to location and reasonable price. No car traffic allowed on the beach in front of this hotel when you are this close to the pier. Went to Daytona Beach for a weekend get a away on 9-16-11.for 4 days. Only negatives are the small bathroom, door leading into room was very heavy, had to slam the door to make it lock, elavators a little slow and need new carpet, continental breakfast could be a little better. bugs in room , rain came in the windows ,door and a/c carpet was wet from rain.needs a update and a good cleaning!!Other than that, it was A ! Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room spacious and comfortable. Pool was ok! Beds comfortable. Beach clean and beautiful. Within walking distance to Ocean Walk"
