My husband and I stopped in for a quick visit. The king bed was so comfy and the ocean view was just gorgeous! The staff was so courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They are currently doing some renovations, but the place was still clean & quiet. The renovations are going to be gorgeous! We will be staying here again! Thanks Ryan & staff for making our stay so wonderful!

I truly marveled at the performance and work ethic of each staff member I encountered, from the front desk to our morning waitress to the gentleman that opens and readies the pool area. There was actual care and PRIDE put into their jobs. I was up early and just did some people watching for awhile and was just amazed. We were on the top floor and renovations must be complete there. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was great. This property is definitely a shining light in this part o... Read more

You can't put lipstick on a pig. Even with the remodeling this hotel is old and noisy. You can hear every roller bag, conversation and door slamming in the place. Staff not very friendly. Thankfully we only stayed one night

Daytona Beach as a whole is trying to recover from the hurricane in October 2016, the hotel was not too bad. Our room was very large, king bed, with a living room, pull out couch. Needs updating with carpet and drapes. The bed was VERY comfortable, both my wife and myself really enjoyed the sleep every night. The bathroom was good and roomy, the shower needs work, with hardly any water pressure in shower. The room and bathroom was clean upon arrival. Was surprised that their kitchen was ... Read more

We had a great time once again at our favorite Daytona Beach hotel. The staff here is awesome. Karen our breakfast server, Ruth our house keeper and Diana our bartender deserve a special thanks for great service and a friendly can do attitude.

Anne and I had the best week vacation to in years. Yes there was some renovations going on in the lobby area but the staff from the front desk, room cleaning, restaurant waitresses and cooking staff just made for a wonderful time. Our waitress Beth Allman always wore the biggest smile and was so helpful and positive. All the waitresses treated us and everyone else like we were royalty. We can't wait to come back and see everyone and the updates to the lobby and outside bar. Thankyou to all, Anne... Read more

I had initially made a reservation for another horel via a bidding site, but the hurricane resulted in that place being closed, so I was relocated here. I am glad I was! Caveat: I received an upgrade to a top floor ocean view room with balcony, and it was wonderful. Excellent view, the noise from the ocean was soothing. The rooms and finishes were dated but clean (hotel seems to be under renovations too), but the view and beach access made up for it. I'd definitelty spring for an upgraded... Read more

We were going to stay at the Hilton but put off by valet parking. This place is a $5 Uber to the boardwalk and an easy walk to Seabreeze Blvd restaurant/bar precinct. Platinum status recognised with upgrade to sea view room, which was pretty standard HI; although fairly spacious with seaview balcony. Room was quiet with very comfortable bed. There's limited free on-site parking, with more space in a paddock across the busy main road. The lobby is a construction site undergoing repairs from hurri... Read more

I previously reviewed this property with some negative comments. While I stick to my original findings of the property, I just want to comment about the outstanding care I received from Lona. She was made aware of an overcharge on my credit card and while she was away at a conference, called me personally to assure me that the situation had been addressed and the credits had been applied immediately to my credit card. I would also like to thank Ryan for being the one who took my issue seriously ... Read more

I have stayed at many a hotel in many countries and many of my stays have been at properties owned by the Holiday Inn. This was by far the worst! We were never informed upon booking our stay of the construction going on in the lobby and sure enough at 8:00 am the Jackhammering began! Aside from that, the hair on the toilet and all over the floor was disgusting and the toilet was blocked! Then when I proclaimed my displeasure to the manager named Lona, I was assured that my night with them was to... Read more
