The balcony is not an actual balcony. Wish I knew before I booked. Other than that, room was clean and nice. Hotels take a little while. Was also forced to valet because self Parking was full. No microwave or fridge.

Outstanding hotel with great amenities, and a perfect view! Rooms were comfy and clean, and the hotel property was within walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants. Only down fall was how short the shower head was in the bathroom. Im only 6' tall and I had to squat every time to shower.

This hotel is one of the best in the Daytona Beach area. Their bedroom could be upgraded a bit; however, their view of the ocean is to die for. Lots of activities to do in the board walk. Free concert and fireworks on the Saturday I was there. Nakiesha was professional, friendly, and helpful. Mark was equally great. Ask to stay in North Tower because room is newer and larger. Hope your experience is as great as mine. Stayed between 7/8/16-7/11/16.

Let me begin with saying that the Hilton resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, it is designed for vacationers with 6+ figure salaries. Staying here for a dance competition. The hotel is fairly organized. Has extra food snack carts set up. Room was clean and tidy - good size. There had a lot of damage from the storm. Some of the pools etc are closed. If I was here in vacation they probably would have told me in advance but all good as I am not using them anyway.

All rooms face the ocean! Morning sunrise was beautiful and the shades did keep out the sun if you wanted to sleep late. Plenty of outlets in the room to charge everyone's equipment. The walk along the boardwalk and pier was very nice. Convention area was a bit tight in between workshops but overall rooms were in good condition.

First off, this hotel is completely beautiful and the workers are super friendly! They accommodated our needs right away. The "balcony" is terrible because you can't even step out onto it, but the view makes up for it. Also, if you are in the North tower you have to walk super far just to get to the pool. But overall it's a pretty nice place.

Enjoyed our 3 day stay. The front desk personnel were some of the most helpful I've ever experienced. We are gold Hilton Honors members so we've enjoyed good service at most properties. These people were exceptionally conscientious. Breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and the wait staff were attentive. Unhappy with a few things...laundry facility was not accepting debit/credit cards, soda machines on 3 different floors were without waters/some drinks. But these were minor considerin... Read more

The hotel was great. From our room we had a full view of the beach. As we walked out the doors we were right on the boardwalk. We had the beach at our fingertips, The restaurants in the hotel made it easy to not leave the property. All of the staff from the valet to the front desk and our floor house keepers all super kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

the only good thing about this hilton was the view. yes it did suffer some hurricane damage in October, however shame on Hilton for not having replaced the carpet yet. The hallway to the spa which was still closed had the carpet ripped up and you walked on the bare concrete, the whole first floor where rooms and stores was completly closed.understandable. The whole hotel itself needs some serious cleanup, all the outside of all the windows were very bad, no rugs or mats placed along the entrance... Read more

This hotel had a great staff. In addition to the valet and front desk the ladies, Linda and especially Gloria were extremely personalable, fun and attentive. Then location on the boardwalk was also perfect. Great Stay.

Great beach view, hotel is descent. Lots of homeless around. Staff will help when you ask, but they don't go out of their way to help. Parking is a little crazy, there is a gate, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Gloria and Linda working at Doc Bales during breakfast were wonderful. They provided great service and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. They were also patient with our large party. John who works the omelet station was equally great. Super friendly and personable. Ready to serve... All three are an asset to this property.

Went there the November 2016 for 4 nights. We were in the South Tower (allegedly the nicer of the two towers). The room was in need of rennovation. The beds weren't comfortable and in general the room was old. The French "balcony" is utterly ridiculous. You can look outode but can't step onto it. Basically it's a large window. Staff was friendly although we were tipping constantly. The pool area was a very long trek from our room and was okay if you do not the want to see the ocean. We ... Read more

We were happy to stay and celebrate our 25th Year Anniversary, room is outdated, the carpets are old, bathroom needs some work the shower head is very short, we are not that tall and we hit our head in the shower head, sorry for anyone 6"3 or taller. Loved the view of the beach, staff not friendly. Hotel should provide free self parking, instead of charging for a parking that is not even controlled, gates are broken, and we still had to pay, ah and although we had a certificate, we were never n...
