"If you only want a view then it is ok, but if you want clean, look again.
The refrigerator was filthy overall upkeep was bad but worst of all was the black mold on the shower curtain liner. The shame of it all is that for a few dollars and pride of upkeep it could be a nice place.
Good thing we only paid $ 50.00 a night,we stayed in room 303,not the pictures on the internet."

"We stayed 303 1/6/13 thru 1/9/13, while the room had a spectacular view ,everything else was barely worth the $ 50.00 a night that we paid. The refrigerator was filthy ,especially the egg holder and gasket. The worst part was the black mold on the shower curtain liner that we did not notice until the evening after the office was closed. The kitchen also had little bugs crawling on the counters.The carpet and love seats were filthy and stained.The TVs were small and outdated.
I would not recommend staying there for more than $ 50.00 a night.
The sad part is that with a little update and care it could be a very nice place.

"I so do not understand the other review. This is not a new hotel but it is very comfortable and cozy. It has an excellent view and is equipped with everything that you need! Very bright colors and beach decor is a bit dated but it was clean and very comfortable. EXCELLENT stay!"
