Check-in was easy and quick on a Friday evening. The room was clean (actually spotless). Quite a spacious room for a fair price. The only downside I might mention is difficulty parking in their parking lot.

It was fine for one night. There seemed to be plenty of people getting ready to go on their cruise! I stayed here on my way to a conference hotel which was much more expensive. The breakfast area was packed but the staff did a nice job of refilling the items.

I have stayed here several times...You better know exactly where to turn off Stirling Road or you will be on I95. Very tricky! Hotel at one time was an AmeriSuite. It def needs a renovation. This place is packed with cruisers on the weekend. Kids running wild everywhere. People camped out in the lobby waiting on the shuttles. Def ask for a room facing the East or you will hear expressway traffic all night. They do offer complimentary water. Our room was good size but the bathroom had hair on the... Read more

Not only did we get free bottles of water whenever, but they also gave out cookies every day. In addition, the facility was clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The pool looked nice, although we did not get to use it. They readily accommodated all requests we had for extra situations. All desk staff were very nice.

I literally enjoyed every second of this hotel from the amenities, room, pool, hotel staff, decor and food. I arrived not too long after check in and I was able to be checked in within seconds. I received my room key and walked into a very clean Queen/Queen suite. The view from the room was beautiful (especially being able to watch planes fly in and fly out.) and we had everything we needed. We stayed here after flying into FLL renting a car to travel to the Keys early the next morning. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. SpringHill Suites have a market next to checkin where you can buy snacks, beer and soft drinks. This I always seem to take advantage of. Also we had a quick complimentary breakfast before we hit the road at 8AM. Our stay was short for sure, but enjoyable.

There was free cold bottled water, and also cookies in the evening! The lobby was beautiful, with plenty of seating. The shuttle bus picked us up from the airport and took us directly to the hotel. I stayed at the Springhill on a Sunday night in June. That night, the hotel was the least expensive one in the area on Marriott's website, so my expectation was low. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, comfortable room. Additionally, even though the hotel is next to the interstate, the room was very quiet. The next morning, breakfast had a great mix of food, and hot & cold drinks. Overall, it was a very good experience!

My family and I stayed here a night before our cruise. Looking to go reasonable on $$ and I found it with this hotel. Airport transportation was good, picking us up after our flight got in at 11 pm. But what was really nice was that the hotel offers FREE cruise port transportation!! Didn't have to pay a thing. The hotel itself was a nice facility with the room a comfortable size for five. Beds were soft, as was pillows. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had though.

The front desk was very courtesy and provided free bottle water. Through the weekend, I found the staff very helpful and willing to assist. Never experienced a Springhill where the inside appearance spoke loudly....well used and worn. Staff was professional and breakfast was kept supplied with the large influx of guest. If you desire the free shuttle to the airport, schedule through the front desk to ensure you have a seat when required. Shuttle was clean, well equipped and safe. Bed slept nicely. Carpets appear worn or simply required cleaning throughout complex.

This hotel was ok, I wouldn't say it's a great hotel, but if your looking for an average hotel experience, this hotel will give you that and throw in a hot breakfast. What is really missing is a complete remodel and update as the hotel and rooms look a little dated. With a little bit of love, this hotel could easily be a four star.

The staff at this hotel are exemplary! The hotel itself is just basic, needs a little more love, a touch of paint, a number of repairs here and there but very comfortable. The beds very comfortable. Lots of kids and families so nicely noisy. Serves a hot breakfast which is convenient. No restaurant or room service so that's a con. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance so that's a pro. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again if needed.
