Im always happy with my stay. I Travel a lot for business. The Price is always right. Rooms are big and clean . Free breakfast in the am. And the staff is always friendly. Doesn't have a restaurant but easy to get around. Free shuttles to the airport and cruise ports.

Check-in was easy and quick on a Friday evening. The room was clean (actually spotless). Quite a spacious room for a fair price. The only downside I might mention is difficulty parking in their parking lot.

It was fine for one night. There seemed to be plenty of people getting ready to go on their cruise! I stayed here on my way to a conference hotel which was much more expensive. The breakfast area was packed but the staff did a nice job of refilling the items.

I have stayed here several times...You better know exactly where to turn off Stirling Road or you will be on I95. Very tricky! Hotel at one time was an AmeriSuite. It def needs a renovation. This place is packed with cruisers on the weekend. Kids running wild everywhere. People camped out in the lobby waiting on the shuttles. Def ask for a room facing the East or you will hear expressway traffic all night. They do offer complimentary water. Our room was good size but the bathroom had hair on the... Read more

Not only did we get free bottles of water whenever, but they also gave out cookies every day. In addition, the facility was clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The pool looked nice, although we did not get to use it. They readily accommodated all requests we had for extra situations. All desk staff were very nice.

Had. A very nice stay here, for three days before our cruise. Easy and close to airport. Right on the I-95 so room tip, ask for a room on the side away from the highway. Located across the street from Oakland Plaza which has everything. Great dining and specials at Hollywood Alex house, located behind the Home Depit. If you show your room key, uou get 10%off your bill Nice pool, big rooms, not much storage. Separate sitting area. Very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Gets tired on the third day. ... Read more

We rented a suite before our cruise. This place is amazing. Clean and classy for an affordable price. The extensive breakfast was awesome by the pool. The airport and cruise shuttle service was prompt and put your mind at ease. They offer free water and lollipops upon check in.

I literally enjoyed every second of this hotel from the amenities, room, pool, hotel staff, decor and food. I arrived not too long after check in and I was able to be checked in within seconds. I received my room key and walked into a very clean Queen/Queen suite. The view from the room was beautiful (especially being able to watch planes fly in and fly out.) and we had everything we needed. The only thing that I did not like was the lack of outlets in the room but other than that everything was... Read more

We stayed here after flying into FLL renting a car to travel to the Keys early the next morning. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. SpringHill Suites have a market next to checkin where you can buy snacks, beer and soft drinks. This I always seem to take advantage of. Also we had a quick complimentary breakfast before we hit the road at 8AM. Our stay was short for sure, but enjoyable.

We stayed one night at this hotel before a cruise, and it was great! The staff was very friendly, and helped with any question we had. There was free cold bottled water, and also cookies in the evening! The lobby was beautiful, with plenty of seating. The shuttle bus picked us up from the airport and took us directly to the hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor near the elevator. We heard no noise from the elevator, nor from outside. The only issue we had in the room was that the batteries we... Read more

I cannot express how great this Hotel was!!! The pool was uncrowded and awesome. The breakfast was better than I have had at any other Hotel. Bottled water, cookies and lollipops available. The most friendly, helpful and welcoming staff!!!!

I stayed at the Springhill on a Sunday night in June. That night, the hotel was the least expensive one in the area on Marriott's website, so my expectation was low. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, comfortable room. Additionally, even though the hotel is next to the interstate, the room was very quiet. The next morning, breakfast had a great mix of food, and hot & cold drinks. Overall, it was a very good experience!

My family and I stayed here a night before our cruise. Looking to go reasonable on $$ and I found it with this hotel. Airport transportation was good, picking us up after our flight got in at 11 pm. But what was really nice was that the hotel offers FREE cruise port transportation!! Didn't have to pay a thing. The hotel itself was a nice facility with the room a comfortable size for five. Beds were soft, as was pillows. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had though.

We were on the east coast with some family; and because my experience with The Spring Hill Suites hotels from Marriott was excellent, without doubt I made the reservation for this hotel. The hotel is very close from interstate road, near to a big Mall. This Hotel is very busy; because is near to the Airport and the Port. I like the security in the parking, At the front desk Demetrius was our clerk and was EXCELLENT!! He accommodate our necessities, was super gentile and helpful. What a great exa... Read more

My trip was rushed from the start, I had a two (2) hour drive to the hotel, because I left work late. Despite the late check-in, the room was ready and available. The front desk was very courtesy and provided free bottle water. Through the weekend, I found the staff very helpful and willing to assist. Walking to our room, I found the hotel a bit older and some general 'wear and tear' but still pleasant. The room was clean and comfy, just found the bathroom a bit small but it was a suite - so th... Last minute reservation. Web site said they had an airport shuttle. But we called and hotel advised shuttle driver went home for the night. Web site does not have hours listed for shuttle service. We had to pay $20.00 for a taxi. We showed up and they were oversold. We were asked to go to another property . Had to remind hotel staff we didn't have transportation. We were told to standby and wait and they would find us a room. After an hour, we were provided a room. Location is good for airport /... Read more

Have stayed at numerous SpringHill suites without problems, but this was the most disappointing by far. The positives: - pleasant and mostly accommodating staff - nicely furnished suite The opportunities for significant improvement: - reception on the suite's flat screen TV was hardly watchable with local channels being nigh on impossible and the worst. Not a single high def channel, all analog with dingy and poor quality pictures - the AC unit was located within two feet of and level with th... Read more

Never experienced a Springhill where the inside appearance spoke loudly....well used and worn. Staff was professional and breakfast was kept supplied with the large influx of guest. If you desire the free shuttle to the airport, schedule through the front desk to ensure you have a seat when required. Shuttle was clean, well equipped and safe. Bed slept nicely. Carpets appear worn or simply required cleaning throughout complex.

The hotel is NOT new and it really needs some upgrades!!! The room door was very loose when it closes, a big gap between frame and door allowing me to hear anyone passing by. The A/C is set up so it blows the air onto the bed, not very smart location. Room was big and roomy but the ambient was not very welcoming and kind of dark even when I turn all the lights on. The bed was ok, but the pillows were very hard and big and caused me a neck pain when I woke up. The breakfast bar had variety of fo... Read more

This hotel was ok, I wouldn't say it's a great hotel, but if your looking for an average hotel experience, this hotel will give you that and throw in a hot breakfast. What is really missing is a complete remodel and update as the hotel and rooms look a little dated. With a little bit of love, this hotel could easily be a four star.

So often you visit hotel chains and you expect good service but leave disappointed. This Hotel upholds the standard you expect from a Marriott Brand. We just overnighted here so never really got the chance to pin point the appearance others speak about. All we know is that our room was comfortable and the service was warm and welcoming, and as usual, a warm breakfast before you hit the road is always a plus. Location is also convenient if you want to catch a flight from FLL Airport (About 5-8 mi... Read more

The room was nice. There is a Burger King next to the parking lot. Some shops are available within walking distance (but not just across the street as I had been told). If you are cruising call the hotel directly in the morning to get a shuttle assignment if you want to go early. I like to go early to the ship so my luggage will arrive earlier at my room. The shuttle to the pier was included in the price of the room. They have bottled water you can get and take with you on your drive to the ... Read more

very nice hotel - but took us 45min to get a pickup with my young child waiting at the airport - were told by the driver he was only helping out and had just gotten a call 10min ago. when we arrived at the desk and casually commented on the occurence the manager didn't really seem to care. instead when asking for the shuttle for the next morning we were insistently told we could pick the 5am or 6am pickup for a 7am domestic flight. which means there is only one shuttle per hour. if you want to g... This has been our go-to hotel for pre-cruise stays for many years. We return here because the rates are terrific, the employees and friendly and helpful, there is a shopping center across the street for last-minute essentials and dining and the breakfast buffet is an excellent way to start the day. Those things have NOT changed. The hotel itself, however, is in serious need of refurbishment. The lobby furniture needs a thorough cleaning and has lost any hope of being comfortable or supportive.... Read more

This is a nice hotel and very close to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the lighting in the bathroom was so bad. Not good for shaving your legs when you can't see very well.

STARWOOD: GOLD MARRIOTT: GOLD HILTON: SILVER MELIA: SILVER I chose to re review this property as my last stay here was met with serious attitude from the front desk staff. I needed one night stay before I flew out to the Bahamas in the morning, and I called the General Manager to discuss rates. The GM was very receptive, and I can say that any issues that existed a few years back, they have been cleared up now. HOTEL: Being the lower middle tier of the Marriott family, all you can expect from ... Read more
