We were here for the night of Sunday Feb. 14 for a pre cruise stay. We were in room 116 which had two rooms where we could share with two of our grand daughters for the one night. Here are just some of the things I noticed that should be taken care of: carpet was very worn with a large tear right by the door; single very dirty, worn, side chair; non working mini frig. (had not been plugged in); very dim lighting in bathroom (tub & toilet area), no venting; wet wash cloth still hanging over sho... Read more

Average hotel/motel experience (service kicks it up a notch). We were on the ground floor near the pool. This is an older building, but there has been some updating done. Our room was clean, and the housekeeper was generous with the towels (since I had 3 teenage soccer players staying with me.) For the price, it was perfect for our needs. In town for a soccer tournament and needed sleeping place. All of the places nearer the beach were WAY MORE EXPENSIVE. My son left his Dr. Dre Beats h... Read more

The hotel was priced well we where expecting two star a pillow and bed. We got clean room, hot showers. We enjoyed hot breakfast it was pretty good and complimentary daily. There is a bar with food on premises that our room was literally next to and it did not bother you. The staff was pleasant, helpful in everything from directions to great places to eat even helping us print our boarding passes. We will stay here again!!

This place will SCAM YOU!!!! They do the old BAIT & SWITCH by advertising FREE parking for your cruise. I called them directly instead of using Booking.com to ensure that parking was FREE and to pay $20 for my wife and mother-in-law shuttle to the cruise port. When my wife checked-in they told her they needed to pay $20 again for the cruise shuttle. NEVER-EVER stay at this crap hole again!!!

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel I was not sure if I should go there or not, But since they offered the best prize of all hotels in cocoa, I decided to give it a try. Entering the lobby, it looks fancy and smells of cleanness , the receptionist welcomed me with a big smile and made me feel welcome at once. OF course I started with my usual request to be able to check out 3 hours later than standard, still smiling he said , no problem sir, very welcome, He gave me a room on ... Read more

We booked a double room and were given a king, but they got us moved within 5 minutes to another room. The room was clean, however the coffee cups smelled AWFUL. It's probably not their fault - a manufacturer thing. They smelled like puke. We couldn't drink out of them. Our stay was comfortable otherwise. The breakfast looked like a nice variety for the cheap price of the hotel, but we opted to eat out.

The room had a strong mildew smell, not your typical humidity smell, this was like the room had been flooded and dried wrong mildew smell. The nearest store besides the gas station is three miles away, so if your walking it's a trip. Other then that the staff was cordial and breakfast for the most part was sufficient.

If your really into high-end luxury things this place isn't or you! But if your just staying a night or two and you are ok with 3 star this place is good. This place is pretty nice for what I paid. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is super nice too. The breakfast was good. It's located less than 20mins from the beach which was very nice. Over all our stay was great.

Decent hotel for the price, and close to Kennedy and beaches. Checked in around 4:30; room was not ready (said the bath towels were still drying). Ok.. So I used my beach towel as I had to shower and leave again for a family function within an hour. After my family function and returning to hotel, I decided to visit the lounge. Quaint and nice enough since there is nothing else around, (anywhere!) there happened to be a 'drug bust' outside the lounge, so I wouldn't recommend going there. There... Read more

Totally disgusting. Went out to buy Lysol spray. Carpets are filthy. Tub was a standing cesspool. Afraid to sit on nasty couch without a towel underneath. No bathmat to protect one's feet from the never washed tub. Water barely drained out of the tub during and after a shower. Lysoled the heck out of it. No clock. I wonder what the breakfast is like in the morning. Yikes. The best seafood restaurant was suggested by the clerk...Milligans. It was awful. The coconut shrimp had freezer burn. S... Read more

Instead of waiting until 4 pm to check in management let us check in at noon, very pleasant and helpful. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Room clean, and big. Only think I can complain about was hearing trains all night. Other than that,, me and my husband would stay again, it's also close to the beaches and shopping

The food is pretty good except for the portions is small. Service isn't always prompt but ok! It's not very busy there, ok place togo and hangout. They do have pool tables and also darts, and an expensive juke box to play your music choice. Food tastes pretty fresh and place is pretty clean as well!

We stayed here since it was close to the cruise terminal. It was clean and convient. The free break was actually good. Eggs, toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, danish. The rooms were clean, but not quiet. A total of 3 trains passed by during the night. All 3 times I was assured the trains whistle was operational! Not to mention the intoxicated couple sitting by the locked pool ( locked up at 9pm) having a great time @ 2:30am. I was about to call the front desk when the couple... Read more

Came here to stay before our cruise, and was very pleasantly surprised. Mike at the front desk was fantastic. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cruises. The room had a few dusty spots, and there were a few hairs on the side of the shower that had to be rinsed off before we showered, but other than that - the room was great. Big, roomy, flat screen, minifridge, COLD air conditioner, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. They even offered us a discounted rate to shutt... Read more
