Spent one night here en route from Miami to Orlando. Nice location with The usual high quality Hilton amenities. Had a lovely walk on beach and sat at bar with lovely fire lit at table. It wasn't Hiltons fault but we were joining firstly by a man with two children, no problem lots of space. However the rest of their family arrived and we were suddenly sharing our table with 5 adults, 4 kids and a baby in a buggy. It was very rude. Our peace and quiet was destroyed. We retired to our room and or... Read more

This is an excellent Hilton property. I stay at Hilton properties several times a month and this particular Hilton is my favorite. The employees and management of this hotel go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to insure you have a great stay. I ate at the restaurants and the food was excellent and served in a clean environment. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet where I was greeted by name on my second visit, impressive! We stayed there for 1 night only, but we had a great time enjoying the facility and location. The room was modern with a partial ocean view and no balconies. There is a coffee maker in the room and 2complimentary water bottles. The hotel lobby provides computers as business center and boarding pass stations. Parking is not complimentary and there are fees for Valet $10 and self at $5. We really enjoyed the tiki bar outside area. They have the normal bar food, but we had one of the best fish taco... I stayed here overnight and it was a very pleasurable experience. I had fun at the beach. They served a good breakfast and the staff are nice. The hotel and the rooms don't smell musty and moldy like other hotels on the beach. I just wish they provide chairs and umbrellas on the beach for their guest but other than that, I had a good time. I will come back soon and will try their bar. I heard its good.

I had to ask them to clean our room at 2pm on our second day of a four night stay. The web site pictures a pretty row of blue beach cabanas, but then I find out that this little perk will cost you $35 a day not to mention that you also have to pay $5.95 a day to park in their parking lot, I guess one shouldn't assume whats not in written black and white

We had a mixed experience here. We stayed three nights. We requested an oceanfront room on a high floor and were given exactly that, which was fantastic. Top floor and great oceanfront view. The problem was the air conditioner worked so poorly that we literally had to keep the drapes closed or the room got REALLY warm. With the drapes closed and at night it was still warm (just not oppressive). Too warm for us to comfortably sleep. We asked that it be fixed several times and I think they tried b... Read more

Right on the beach. Rooms were fairly good sized with a good view of the ocean. Huge parking lot between the street and the hotel. While it was supposed to be private for hotel guests & visitors, there were a lot of people parking there and going to the beach or the hotel pool. They had to walk right thru the outdoor bar/restaurant to get to either the pool or beach. The pool was very small and hotel had no security at the pool to make sure it was used only by guests. Every single aspect of this visit was outstanding except one. While front desk staff was great, as were facilities, the outdoor Tiki restaurant was not. I was stunned by the careless disregard for food safety when they cooked a sheet of (wax?) paper into my son's children's meal. He felt sick later that afternoon. So much about this hotel and its staff was wonderful, but this cast a negative light on the visit. Especially when you are preparing food for children, care needs to be taken. Hi... Read more

The hotel itself was nice The tiki hut was a great place to eat and relax The only issue with this hotel is the air conditioning didn't work properly. Our room was 88 degrees. We called several times and maintenance came promptly and reset the compressor and changed the filter He finally brought us his last fan stating" this is the tenth fan I've used today" which tells me the hotel had cooling issues. Everything else was good

I suspect the A/C unit is in the bathroom ceiling. I say that because there was a rumble/vibration from that location that filled the room the entire time I stayed. I had two decaf and one regular coffee in the room. I am a HHonors member, but I still had to stop by the front desk to get my receipt. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable. Used my phone as a hot spot to get decent service. This hotel will not be on my short list for future stays.

This place is great in every way!!!! The service the grounds the restaurants!! Will definitely stay at the Hilton again. The room was clean and nice size. The beds were comfortable...beautiful view of the ocean. The gym is small but serves it's purpose with up to date equipment. I might say the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but that's all. The ladies at the front desk were beyond helpful and friendly.

Overall perhaps the lower scale for Hilton hotels. The rooms are not particularly spacious and the bathrooms even worse. Pool small and compared to adjacent properties just so so. Surprisingly warm inside the lobby a number of times; overall, the property a bit outdated or run down but perhaps just fine if you are passing through for one night for the cruise experience which I think is the majority of clientele. The staff are overall pretty nice and friendly and beds pretty comfortable.

It also did not offer a machine with snacks but you could go buy snacks at the front desk which was overally overpriced. But for the most part the stay was pleasant and so was the staff. I would recommend this hotel for a great vaction stay.

This hotel was nothing particularly to shout about, but provided an adequate base for exploring the Space Coast for me and my family. It felt like stepping back in time in terms of decor - the outside has dark windows and the inside was also relatively dark with oceanic blue walls and dark furniture! Having said this the hotel and my room were clean. Our room was billed as a having an ocean view, which it did have from the side. There are very few rooms that directly face the sea. The most di... Nice hotel with nice beachfront, pool a little undersized and bar area crowds sometimes but had a nice stay. Wi-fi and tv are lacking however. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were friendly and attentive. If you dine at the outdoor bar, DON'T order the nachos! Just awful. Otherwise the food and service was great. This Hilton hotel is ideal if you want to be close to the beach. It seems to cater for families and business at the same time and generally meets those requirements. The staff seemed polite and helpful. It has a small pool but the sea is on the other side of a sand dune and a gym which is adequate. It has a small Starbucks but if there are more than a few people queuing drive to the one in Cocoa Beach. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again.

It also has a nice, small swimming pool to cool off in. The rooms were large, modern and very clean. We opted for a breakfast package and there was a wide range of choice at the buffet. Walking distance to beach, but no "sand wheelchairs" to borrow to get elderly or handicapped people to beach. 92 year old mother-in-law had to sit by bar while everyone else went to beach. We checked in to the hotel and all of our luggage was taken to our room. Brandon is the name of the person who helped us and he was a great young man. Customer service was a 10 here. The room was very clean and had a great view of the Ocean. My wife was there to run in the marathon and the room was very quiet. We ate breakfast and the buffet was awesome. We also ate out at the tiki bar and the food was very good there. We are definitely going back to the hotel again. Great job a 10 all the way.

My wife and I stayed here as it was a host hotel for the Space Coast Marathon for this year. Our stay was excellent in every way. To top it off, my exhausted wife forgot her expensive watch in ... Read more

I have traveled a lot recently and Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront has been the best quality in every aspect I have experienced. I was required to stay for business for several weeks. The location had its perks obviously however, the care that the staff took made me feel I was the spotlighted guest in their establishment. Thank you.

My husband took me on a little getaway for my birthday and I had a great stay here! The room was huge with an ocean front view! The bathroom was a bit small but still nice. We also had breakfast and the bacon and Spinach omelet was delicious! Will be back for another stay!

The rooms were standard and clean. However, there were signs of wear. The service is well-intentioned and responsive, but I was shunted through a succession of sub-standard rooms. I had reserved specifying a quiet room. They initially put me in a room off the first floor lobby with an access stair to the parking lot: NOISY. They then put me in a room on the fourth floor (443) that had an air conditioner that sounded like a jet engine and vibrated the bed: again, despite my request for ... Read more
