Stayed here and did the stay, park, and cruise package. Excellent location to the port and to all the local amenities you may need to visit on your trip. Room was excellent (all rooms have balconies and are ocean view). Very clean property and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again when we cruise from Port Canaveral or even if we just make a trip to Cocoa Beach!

We stayed here overnight for a cruise leaving out of cape canaveral. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations! The room was very spacious and most importantly to me CLEAN! Although the hotel is not exactly oceanfront we still had a very nice view of the beach from our balcony and very easy, close access to the beach.

We've been staying at Hampton Inns recently and have found them a great value. The staff is always responsive and well-trained. This property is a great location and great value for the price. It's back off the street so it's quiet and a quick easy walk to the beach. We'd stay here again for sure.

Tha Hampton Inn in Cocoa Beach was a nice layover the night before our family cruise. The location, staff, and facilities were great. We enjoyed the breakfast and shirt drive the actual morning we boarded the ship. This helped start our cruise a lot less stressed and rushed.

I would suggest booking online if possible, otherwise, the male desk clerk may attempt to place you with a higher rate than is typical. I saved nearly $100 by booking online. I booked over the telephone, then went online and booked the room at a lower rate, and called back and canceled my original reservation due to the online savings. Check your options before booking.

Short walk to beach, not right on beach. Close enough though and saved a little money. Good price. Decent breakfast. Partnership with next door hotel for additional benefits, we did not use though. Liked big bathroom sink in room and fridge and microwave. Access to rooms is outside. Overall good and would stay again.

We stayed at this hampton inn the night before our cruise. It was one of the hotels that participates with the Cruise Port to offer a discount on parking. I think its a 20% discount off the normal price. Rooms were nice. Good view of the ocean and walk-way to the beach. It is what you would expect from a Hampton Inn

Lucky for us they had a room and held it for us. Tina informed us that it was a smoking room. I didn't want to take but they put a air purifier that made us wait for about 30 min. Higher floors have best views, 8th floor has view of ocean from balconies and view of river and port from door side. Ocean view is at an angle but is still quite lovely. This hotel is comfortable with large rooms, albeit the decor is a little dated. But the main star is Aimee on the front desk who was so helpful and charming. There are many hotels along this road, but it is worth staying here simply for the service. The only downside is the plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast - why on earth isn't there proper china and cutlery?

As far as Hampton Inns go, this hotel is a little below average, primarily due to the rooms. On the positive side, the hotel has a very nice mineral pool (a nice surprise) and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The Hilto Hampton Inn and Marriott Courtyard are together (yes, unusual) and they get along very well ?????and share some of the outside areas. Staff at both locations raise the bar when it comes to efficiency, professionalism, friendliness, etc. The beach is great, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Cocoa Beach is a bit smaller than the more noted beaches, Daytona, Lauderdale, Miami abd that's one reason it's charming and easy to get around

This is your typical Hampton Inn, but with a balcony and ocean view! The rooms are clean and neat. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn fare, but was well stocked and clean. The one thing that is strange about this hotel is that the doors are all outside, but that is probably to allow the ocean view balconies at the back of the hotel. I loved having the little balcony to sit on and relax at the end of the day. The location is very convenient to... Read more

Our family of 4 had a two-night stay in August 2016, Right away we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. We got there very early (around 11am) from the Orlando area, but they found a room that was ready for us and even bumped it to an ocean view, which was really nice of them! The room itself had two queen beds, and everything was very clean. It was a bit on the small side though since we each had a medium sized suitcase, so it was a bit hard to get around the room. To start, I'm disclosing that I have never visited this hotel, this is not a review of a stay, this is a review of management being understanding of an honest mistake.
