Beautiful and well managed resort. We've been coming here for 7 years and look forward to our annual trip here, this is our favorite resort. Impeccable surroundings, great staff and wonderful amenities. We're looking forward to the new water park opening in November.

I just had a wonderful 7 days at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The grounds are beautiful, the lobby and restaurants are first class. The service was excellent. The swimming pools were fantastic. I loved every minute of my stay. There are so many wonderful spots to sit and relax. I came back from this vacation, truly rejuvenated. I hope to return again soon, probably around the holidays at the end of the year.

This is by far one of the best properties in the west coast of Florida. The service and staff is above my expectations. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The private beach is a wonderful extra. The pools are very nice, clean and varied. Extremely satisfied and would recommend it to anyone

We stayed at the Hyatt Coconut Point to use up a free Hyatt night. We live only about 25 miles away, but it felt as if we were in a different country. This is a beautiful hotel. There are 3 pools, and although we only used one, being surrounded by water is wonderfully soothing. There is a boardwalk to a marina to a 12 minute boat ride to the private beach on Little Hickory Island. The dolphins were jumping out of the water around the boat. Food and drink were expensive, but with a free room....... Read more

We enjoyed this hotel very much! The pool deck is awesome and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and kind. My only nit is the "egg-like" chair in our room. Would have appreciated a chair or love seat that you can sit in comfortably.

This property is a large Hyatt with big sweeping hallways and lots of marble. I found it to have excellent staff throughout - desk, bell, restaurant ... all good. I ate a couple of meals there and the food was excellent. My room was very nice with good space and the bathroom had good water pressure. The wifi was generally good. But it's a big property so wandering around it gets spotty in some areas. The hotel a/c was good in all common areas but not great in my room where it was a little w... Read more

The hotel is charming but for some reason they choose to add chemicals to the air in the lobby and the hallways in some misguided effort to make it smell 'good. Chemicals are NOT meant to be breathed indoors like that, in fact it could harm the brain. I am an Advocate for people with cancer, many of whom react badly (after conventional treatment), to chemicals in the air, hair or skin. Other people might experience headaches or dizziness as a result but just not understand why. I personally ... Read more

Siri, Joyce, Adriano and Geri were the ultimate representative of an excellent spa experience. I had family with me and they had no problem filling their day with activities. This included 2 children, 8 & 9 years old. They started with the beach in the morning and finished with smores at the fire pit at night. 11th floor had wonderful views. Shade at check-in was able to make a room change and her effort contributed to a wonderful stay. Samuel's assistance with luggage was also appreciated -he maneuvered around excited children with a smile and patience.

This is a beautiful resort with great amenities. The staff is friendly and The spa and shops are fantastic. I attended a meeting in the third floor meeting space that was really nice. The room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool which was perfect to escape the often stuffy hotel ballroom. However, the boxed lunch that was provided was not really up to par with what I would expect at such a resort. If I had been staying here for leisure I would want a location closer to the beach. ... The folks at the Hyatt Coconut Point sure know how to take cater to your group. I was most impressed with the food and service from the banquet staff. Make certain you interact with Courtney. He is most impressive with what he does. The facilities are first class, as well. They can handle multiple groups or many break out sessions for large meetings there. They keep the golf course in pristine shape with a very helpful staff to help with your tournament.

Perfect weekend getaway. Great family interactions with the lawn games, fire pits, making smores, swimming and the water slide. Many tranquil areas to sit and chat with beautiful landscaping and scenery along with an adult pool and of course the hot tub. A fun time for all.

Beautiful Resort! Enjoyed our stay there. The pool side bar was great - friendly waitress and very good food. Check-in was easy and the champagne was a nice way to start our stay. Not crazy about the bed. But other than that, it was wonderful!

Our third stay this year at this exceptional property. Great staff. Relaxed atmosphere, nice decor, gorgeous grounds. Club level lounge offers wonderful mix of beverages and foods. Take the resort's 10 minute boat ride to the private beach on Estero bay. Boat captains are friendly and you'll likely see dolphins and other wildlife.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. I did not want to write this, I dont want it to be booked up the next time I stay. The room was great, nice and spacious, clean and great view with balcony. I stayed 5 nights, had a few requests to front desk such as towels and additional luggage stand. No problem delivered promptly. Had meals at Tanglewood (restaurant). Breakfast and lunch, breakfast buffet was awesome. Let me just quickly interject about service, it was five star from the pool bar and res... Read more

This was my first stay at this property. Very nice first impression when you arrive. They offered me a glass of champagne and a map of the property. The room was very nice and had a 70 or 80 inch television. Largest in a hotel I ever saw. O ly down side is the AC just never got cold enough. They did have a ceiling fan which was nice. Also another first was the motion dector night light on the floor in the bathroom room and next to the bed.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Beginning with the valet and the bell staff, the service was exceptional consistently without fail. All the staff at the hotel can answer any question about every department within the hotel. The resort itself is magnificent. Beyond beautiful in all the common areas, and the rooms are very large and very modern. They just got new flat screen screen TVs -the biggest I've ever seen; they take up most of the wall. Now for my two favorite things: The pool area wa... Read more

I booked the vacation with jet Blue vacations. During the summer it's a great deal. The hotel is very nice. Excellent staff and guests are friendly. The two queen size beds are fine for a family of 4. My kids are 7 and 10 and they had a blast. There is plenty of room at the pools and they are currently working on expanding the pool and a new lazy river. There is a super target and publix 5 minutes away. The private beach is relaxing. I was not disappointed in my accommodations at this Hyatt property during my recent stay. The property is very well kept, the lawns, pool area and most importantly, the room were immaculate. I utilized the self parking in the parking garage and took the elevator to the lobby where the check in was hassle free with friendly staff. This is one of the places you can go and spend a whole weekend just at the property. Tons to do and will be even better this November when they open their new water park area. Looking forward to it. Hotel staff is very accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Lots for the kids to do: pool, field games, lazy river, game room, fire pit, rock wall. A great resort for the whole family.

From the planning all the way through until the morning after, it was the most incredible experience. We worked with Megan Hough and she was the reason that my wedding was flawless. Pool areas are very nice with an adults only pool also. There are a couple of water slides in the main pool which our 10 year old loved. We prefer luxury hotels and this Hyatt Regency is the best hotel in the Ft. Myers/Estero/Bonita Springs area. Quick and efficient check in and check out and even provided a welcome glass of champagne. Spotless hotel, great service, and every room has a great view. We had a late check in and they were able to provide a late check out the next day. The Bay Suite was everything we expected; a beautiful large suite with great views of the bay. This is our go-to hotel in Ft. Myers.

We went through a golf package company so that may have been the problem but the room was about $250 a night and it was our anniversary. I had requested a full balcony with a nice view. What I got was a room on the 5th floor overlooking the ballroom roof. People were throwing things off the balconies on to the roof and at one point a lit cigarette butt landing on our balcony. I know it's not a hotel issue, but the weather really disrupted our stay. The staff were great, the room was nice. We were club level and loved all the amenities. Bit unsure about some of the people using club as a couple of times one guy was waiting outside for someone to let him in and we saw him in the lift getting ft at a lower floor - maybe need a check on this. Her mine meant little time by pool but wouldn't stop me staying again.

Our week-long vacation was meant to be a truly relaxing family vacation with minimal plans and lots of time spent at the hotel, so I really wanted our hotel to be a highlight of the trip and someplace we would be happy spending a lot of time in and around.
