The newly renovated Hyatt Regency Reston is located in Reston Town Center with more than 40 stores, 16 restaurants, and an outdoor pavilion with seasonal ice skating. The hotel is 5 miles from Dulles International Airport with complimentary shuttle service.

Hyatt Regency Reston is located 18 miles west of Washington D., however access to Metro subway is available. The hotel features a heated indoor lap pool, indoor Roman Spa, and a health club.

All guest rooms include an AM/FM alarm clock, coffee maker, television with cable, in-room movies, computer hookup, two data ports and full bath amenities including a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.
